I just bought a 2019 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummings Engineer dually. This is a truck I have been wanting for 8 years or more. My father found this dealership and truck for me because I was about to buy one in another city. Let me tell you I was happy I got this one instead. The salesperson Mr. Tracy was helpful and finance person Mr. Josh was also helpful. They was honest with me. Let me test the truck before signing. They took care of me. This is possible the only honest dealership within a 100 mile radius. They will have my business for life. And to top it off I broke the seal plate at the bottom on the driver side and they ordered me a new one with no charge to me. They do care for people and their needs. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends.

David Taylor diagnosed cooling system leak that I could not pin down. Ordered intake gaskets and set a separate appointment to replace. After two days I returned for gaskets replacement, mechanic worked over three hours through his normal lunch hour because I was waiting and thoroughly checked and test drove my vehicle after completion. Jason, the service technician adequately explained the process and kept me informed.Highly recommend David Taylor Dealership.

Dealership's service team completed three (3) factory recalls on my RAM 2500 Cummins diesel 3/4 truck today. Did an excellent professional job, explained what was done. Spent time drinking coffee provided by the Keurig machine in the lavish show room.

This was by far probably one of the smoothest and easiest deals I've experienced, Anthony made it a good time also with working with me being from out of state to get the truck I've had my eye on for quite a while! The whole staff was great and friendly. It was well worth my drive being 2 1/2 hours away to deal with them and overall just a good time being there while everything was going through!

Extremely nice and courteous people in both the service and parts departments. Very helpful with getting what I'm needing and with working me in as quickly as possible. I travel with my work truck to shows across the country and they work hard at getting me in and out as soon as possible so I'm able to keep my work schedule. They notify me as soon as any recalls come up on my vehicles to keep them running safe. Will continue to use their services for all my needs.

The team was very helpful, and I did a great job processing my paperwork. The only issue I have is I m missing a floor mat and a second key fob but the individual I was working with is working on that. Once that has been completed. I ll add a fifth star. The team was great overall. They just have Two. Minor issues. that Need to be Corrected before I am completely satisfied. Period but overall, I m sure we ll do business again. And the manager Bill has things well under control. He is also working a separate issue and has been very very helpful and resolving that issue as well.

I have bought 2 vehicles from David Taylor's and had great experiences both times. David Vargas took the time and worked with me to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted! Josh in finance explained everything so i knew exactly what I was paying for. Logan and Bill in parts/service have always provided fast and friendly service each time. I recommend this dealership to anyone!

Fast and relaxed experience. Anthony, our salesman, was awesome. F&I was also great. Got what we wanted for a great price and do not regret driving almost 3 hours from Tennessee to get it.

Salesman was nice and very accommodating to make the sale. The experience has not been good since then. On the ride home, we discovered the drivers side speakers were not working. One week into owning and only 700 miles on the vehicle, we tried to start and it was completely dead. We had to jump start, but would not start again the next morning. I do not feel comfortable with my purchase. QA/QC obviously failed in this situation. Our next step is to see how our local Jeep dealer deals with this situation.

Got me in for a check engine light last minute after my truck went in to limp mode diagnosed the problem & had it back to me within a business day! Super pleased with the communication from them. They were very easy to deal with. I will be sending my truck back to them as soon as the needed part arrives. Highly recommend!

Oil chg & tire rotation on Tuesday. Then, Scheduled a 3 hr service >$400 for Thursday. When I arrived on Thursday I was forced to reschedule because a loaner car was unavailable. We discussed accommodations when the appointment was made. I do not appreciate my time being wasted.

Brought my 2020 Promaster 3500 (Winnebago Travato) in for a transmission recall service. The friendly staff in service department and the technician working working on my vehicle did a great job, keeping me updated on everything. I am always happy with the service I receive and can highly recommend this dealership for all your service and repair needs.

David Taylor is the best car dealership in all my years of buying vehicles. The entire staff is like family with the no pressure sales motto. We have built a friendship over the years and will definitely continue to keep our car purchases with them. Highly recommended and the best around!!

Warranty that was purchased never covers anything. I even went by and verified first, but still didn t cover the work. They should be able to tell if work is covered before towing. Would rather get work done elsewhere.

Prior to finding the car that I bought at David Taylor Auto Group I had been to multiple dealers, spoken with multiple sales advisors and thought on at least three occasions that I had found what I was looking for. The problem was, I was shopping at national mega chain dealerships, specifically Carvana and Car Max. I quickly decided against Carvana after researching all the issues of dissatisfied customers and nightmarish stories of title's not being delivered and lien releases not being granted after final payment of the loans. With Carmax my frustration was just being able to pick up a phone and speak to a human PHYSICALLY LOCATED AT MY LOCAL STORE!!!!! You are connected to the National office and THEY have to connect you to the local store even though you DIALED A LOCAL NUMBER. Incredibly frustrating.After choosing a Carmax vehicle and requesting that it be sent to Jackson, TN from Nashville, TN only to discover that the 150 mile trip was going to take 4 days and then an additional two days to "prep" the car, I finally had enough and canceled the transaction.In steps David Taylor Auto Group... 90 miles away from me and in a different State, but staffed by people that want to sell cars and make and build relationships.I found my car online, fell in love with it (I had test driven one already) and simply picked up the phone and spoke with them... with my financing already in place prior to arriving, I want to tell you that LITERALLY in less than an hour... I had signed my documents and had keys in my hand.I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and it's staff... AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I am pleased with the service. It may have taken several visits to get the truck I purchased right, but they fixed everything and put a new set of tires on for me. I'm still waiting on the window switch to come on, but I have no doubt that when it does, they will get it fixed.

We have purchased several vehicles from DTC Murray. They carry a wide selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. Our recent purchase took less than 2 hrs from test drive to leaving with a full tank. Our next vehicle purchase will be with DTC.

I was put into my dream car by David & Tracy! They are the best! They worked with us extremely better than the mayfield David Taylor dealership on a car and the money and credit was no problem issue either; just seems like they didn t want to deal with us reason why this is our 6th car from David Taylor Murray dealership. We will be back when my husband needs a newer dodge Cummins!

As long as I am in the area, this will be the only place I purchase a vehicle from. New or used. Excellent, trustworthy people. Top notch service and management. Anthony Hardin was the salesman that handled my purchase and he was very respectful, responsive, and professional. Scooter is also great. Josh handled my financing and was very straight forward and thorough, friendly as well. David Vargas is the site manager and is excellent and honest. They really help take the anxiety out of purchasing a used car. I have purchased two vehicles from them, and hopefully I won't need another one for quite a while, but when I do, I will be back to David Taylor of Murray!

A while back. I reviewed ya service, and placed high marks for service rendered. Unfortunately thlngs changed over time. The manager in the service department was non- professional at his performance, I ended up having to go through a lot of anxiety concerning the loaning of vehicles, Ya loan me a vehicle (2017 Dodge Pacific) that had no papers in the vehicle, it broke down on me in Memphis TN, I spent a whole day trying to get the vehicle fixed, b cause I had no papers, I ended up leaving I in Memphis. When I returned to David Taylor in Murray The service manager treated me like I was st fault for the problem. Wouldn't let me have another vehicle. ( Said no two vehicles on same contact.) Not Cool. I ask to see any papers on vehicle, No deal said manager. (PS) Lot more to the harassment.
