AWESOME SERVICE, WITH FAIR PRICES IN TODAY'S PRE-PANDEMIC WORLD BUSNESS HAVE BECAME CORRUPT , AND CROOKED IN THERE PRACTICES IT'S HARD TO FIND HONEST PEOPLE TODAY, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

They are a very busy shop but they took time to give personal care.They always kept me informed of what was going on with the vehicle.I will definitely call them when I need service in the future.

Got quoted 300 dollars for a job I knew would only require a 20 dollar part and an hour's worth of easy work. I was so surprised by the quote that i called my dad just so we could laugh about it. I just took the car somewhere else and paid less than 80. Anyone who tells you these people are honest or transparent are either clueless about car repair, or they are friends/family of whoever owns the place or works there.

CAUTION COLLEGE STUDENTS AND ANYONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW VEHICLE REPAIR! My son was recommended by a tow company so we had it took there. Fuel pump replacement, $700? So got it towed back to Paris but not before they took $90 from my son for 3 mile tow and to tell us the fuel pump was out? We told you that at the start. Anyway got it fixed in Paris,TN for $250. So that's $450 they tried to steal from a student working 2 jobs? Please don't go here

Took my truck in for them to look at it, after taking it to six other places, their list was inconsistent and much longer/pricier then anyone else's. Charged me nothing to look at it however.After letting my mom know that I didn't trust these people ...she took two of her cars in to get an opinion, and he charged her to look at both. Little confused as to why he'd not charge a man but would charge a woman for a simple estimate/assessment. Would suggest you price check these people against other competition before making a decision, fixed is fixed, shouldn't be all most double price.

Overall they got the job done but that's the only good thing I got out of the interaction. I was recommended this place by another mechanic, so I called them to see if they could take my car (that was leaking power steering fluid), they said they would call back when the mechanic came back from lunch in an hour, then never called. I called again the next day and they said they could take it the next morning, so I took it over and they said they would call in two hours, again they never called. They didn't pick up when I tried to call them, and they closed at five so I had to wait till the next day to call again, which they then said that it would be ready at three because they had go order a part, and that it would only be $50. I get there at four to pick it up and they still hadn't fixed it! I had to wait for another half hour and it was more expensive than they had said, then once I got back they had shortchanged me ten bucks! Not an insane experience but very frustrating and I would not recommend to anyone.

Do not get your car fixed from here! They are too slow and don't seem to know what they are doing. They will charge you for work that your car doesn't need--just so they can make a quick buck. The problem my car had never got fixed. They didn't even care. Please try the other auto places in Murray. I will not be going back to Cunningham's.

Our family - both in state and out of state - have used Cunningham Auto Repair for years. Our various vehicle styles were cars, SUVs or trucks. The models included Buick, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Honda, and GMC. Over 20 years of loyalty to our family through their service, dependability, consistency and willingness/responsibility to keep us safe on the road. Very pleased with the quality of maintenance we have and continue to receive from Cunningham Auto Repair. Thank you!

Took my car here to have my breaks replaced, once I finally got it back a few days later I noticed they failed to put my wheel all the way back on and it was hanging half way off. I would recommend never going to them for any of your vehicle needs

Toyota in Paris put valve cover back on my Montero Sport bent and still charged me for fixing leak. Brought to Cunningham's and they couldn't find a valve cover for her do to age and they worked on fixing the bent valve cover and stopped her leaks.
