Dead batteries for me never happen when it is warm but Tim at Autozone took great care of me when it was cold on January 13, 2024. Taking the battery out of my truck was just shy of brain surgery but Tim methodically did what he need to do to get the battery out. 20 minutes I was on the road again. I am giving Tim 5 stars only because I can t give him more.

I was told this morning my part would be there by 6pm and after my wife gets there the guy said I was going to call but I forgot it is going to be late. Guess I will try tomorrow.

I needed new windshield wipers. They looked up my auto, found several choices. I picked what I wanted to pay, they then installed them for me. Really appreciated the great service.

my left headlight went out and i went to autozone to get it fixed. first a woman was helping me and she was super sweet, did what she could to help and then a man named tim was helping. very nice, explained what was wrong with my headlights, went above and beyond with customer service! was very knowledgeable on what he was doing, made me felt very comfortable with him fixing my headlight. definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

Just went into auto zone in murray ky and wanted some advice on a power steering pin hole leak and no one could help. It took a customer to say they have a power steering stop leak product right on the shelf. I asked if the worker who was "helping" me if he wanted to come take a look at it and see if he could help me find what I'd need but he just stared at me. In the past I always had great customer service

Awesome customer service through out the whole store. Tim is a very valuable employee for you guys! He always goes above and beyond for me and others I've experienced. Always able to lend a hand and will go out of his way to help! Great job guys!

Jo and her team were a tremendous help to us. We had some battery issues leaving Kentucky Lake on our way home and stopped here to get checked out. Jo took the time to test the battery, give us our options (that actually included not needing a new battery), and showed me how to use a jump box that I thought wasn t working. Our family really appreciates this 5 star experience

Today I had problems with my van so I took it to Auto Zone in Murray and had the best customer service. They tested my battery and found that I needed a new one. They checked my warranty and installed a new one. Thanks to Terry Miller, I left as a happy customer. He went out of his way to ensure that I was well taken care of and pleased with the service!

I was treated with most up respect and the staff compensated me for a mistake that the ware house made on 10/01/2020. Joanne, and store manager James did a phenomenal job in making me a happy customer and beyond they're expectations to do so. T.y guys for making it right.

The people are great. They had to order a part but when it did not fit just right, they were no problem with us returning the item. They also give a military discount whenever possible. As a Veteran, I always appreciate that.

Anna was so generous with her time changing out the wipers on my mother-in-law s car!! I had no clue how to change them out, and since they were unique wipers, she made sure they were correct, and shared with me how they went on. I am super impressed, and again thank you Anna!

Had a problem with rear window wiper. Employee had replacement wiper, and came out of store, and installed new wiper. Great service.

I had the best experience at this place. I went there with my car shaking. I didn't know what's wrong with it till I met "the manage of the store" Terry Miller, he is professional at what he does, friendly, and so kind. He figured out the whole issue . It was a coil thing, which I never had any experience replacing it. He voluntarily replaced it for me. He also made the "check engine" light come off.Thank you so much Mr. Miller.

Would not change my battery. GMC truck was to difficult. Three staff members was standing around. Asked about parts for a 18 wheeler and could not figure out what we need for lamps.

i found the service i received was excellent from the point they picked up my car to to time they returned it.The option to follow the progress as the car was worked on was unbelievable.I would recommend your services to anyone who requires damage repairs.

James went over and above to help me change a dead battery in the parking lot--no ordinary battery since it was an AGM. It was cold, dark, and late on Halloween night. I couldn't believe they had it in stock, let alone put it on for me. Saved me about $200 and much running around. So grateful.

My battery died and had just enough power to get to AutoZone. So grateful for the team who helped me and especially Terry who sold and installed my new battery. Crisis solved!!
