Came in with a dead battery purchased in eustis florida and they were able to swap it out under warranty. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me locate my original purchase. The battery died within 6 months of purchase and had a bad cell. The store is clean and ample room in the parking lot for repairs. I d recommend this shop when in the area for all your auto/ marine needs.

Husband went to get a new battery and have it replaced. They jacked him around, didn t want to do the work to replace it and ultimately sent him to Auto Zone because they will take care of you. Wow.

I was greeted with the door being opened for me by an employee who was also attentive and knowledgeable in what I needed and checked out by another who was just as helpful in looking up a part for me. To me this speaks volumes in staff who not only care about the job, but the customers first.I did manage to set off my wipers, brights and every other button known to my dash while /attempting to/ put on a new steering wheel cover, but that was on me.So side note: Embarrassing tussles may ensue if attempting in the parking lot and not waiting like a sane person for home.

As soon as I walked in the door customer service was asking if I needed any help. They researched the parts I was needing and helped me locate part on the shelf. When checking out they signed me up for rewards program thru my email to save me money on future purchases. In and out of there under ten minutes. Fast curtious service.

It would ve been very helpful for myScheduled work day on Sunday to know that I m fact 8am is not the open time. Aware it s a cooperate issue so let your corporate liaison know just an hour difference but an hour is very frustrating

Advance Auto personnel provided excellence assistance is getting my car started yesterday (April 14th), in Dumplings Parking lot. The young man was most helpful.

Friendly staff, excellent choice of car care products, good sales, and they also offer a military discount.Check them out and give them some of your business.My purchases from there include Griot's Garage car cleaning products, along with basic maintenance items.

I was able to get everything I needed in one stop which for me is a plus. The clerk suggested some items that were on sale, and some items that were value packaged instead of individual items which saved me a few bucks. The staff was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Very helpful, replace windshield wipers for you and small checks to your car, like the check engine codes :)Update: went again today for oil, still as helpful as ever

This is my favorite auto parts store in Murray. They have weekly specials with percentages off very frequently. I am a Speedperks member, so I earn rewards almost every purchase with 20-40% off.

Staff was helpful but website had wrong part and when i exchanged it for the correct item I couldn't exchange it there. I had to go online and order the correct item and it was significantly more expensive.
