Called because our brakes went out. Man who answered the phone was very rude. He talked to us as if we were stupid and when we asked if we could get our vehicle towed over there to wait for him to be able to work on our breaks he said and I quote I'm not here to babysit nobody asked you to babysit sir we just asked if we could get our vehicle towed to a shop to get it worked on because our brakes are out and we're in a state where we don't know anybody or anything. Just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it out on other people.

Be prepared to pay out the back end for these guys to do anything! Towed my truck (F350)16 miles to a gas station to change a tire and charged me $441. Would not recommend due to price only. I am only given them 2 stars bc they did have a fast response time (about 1 hr from phone call to back on the road) but i dont think that makes up for the outrageous price.

I was traveling north bound on interstate 65 and my truck broke down. Geico called and arrange for this company to pick up my truck and trailer I was pulling. They came and I was telling him what had happened and if they could help me get it going. I informed him that since it was almost Christmas I didn't want to be stuck away from home and would do what ever to get me going. Even offered that I could get the parts he may need if it helped speed up the process. Very unprofessional got upset and told me I could fix it my self and left me stranded on the side of the road with my son. Ended up using David street tire and took me to a shop that started working on the truck right away.Too bad I can't issue no starts to Stanton would not recommend at all.

fast and friendly service, I think their prices were a tad bit high, but it was a Sunday and they had my truck running pretty fast. I guess some days I fail to ask the price and believe all road call places should disclose their rices first. I am keeping them in my rolodex

Im from Indiana and was traveling home on I65 north and had a vehicle breakdown. This company came out on a Sunday and towed my truck 16 miles to a dealership. Then took me to get a hotel for the night. Can't say enough about how professional they were in my time of need. Thank you.
