Husband's semi broke down and he came here for a part they didn't have it but a nice old man didn't stop until he found a place that had the part he needed. He even made sure my husband had a way to go to the other store to get the part. You don't find places like this anymore this guy went above and beyond we are so thankful for them.

First air conditioning compressor I bought was faulty which they replaced for free but the mechanic had to do the entire job over so he needed to be paid to do the same job twice which is understandable but I feel like napa didn't initially care about that the bad part they sold me cost me double to get it fixed

I need a transmission pan bolt for my Camry no auto parts had it even the Toyota dealer. Kind Lady set me up with everything I needed I will be going there from now on.

Always the best place in town for parts. Part of a big corporation that treats you like a neighborhood store would. Very seldom hear the word can't.
