New owner at the end of last year, sadly. Completely different business now. Ordered a leaf blower rack, said hed call when it came in. 2 weeks passed, called him, said he never ordered it. Apologized and said hed order it immediately. I understand, people forget. Another 2 weeks pass, called again, forgot to order it again. So I just cancel the order. Fast forward 2 months after I decided to give him another shot, I buy a new pole saw from him. Decided to order the extension pole, and I also dropped a trimmer off to be serviced. A week passes and I drop in to get my stuff as he said it would only take a couple days. Again, he didnt order the extension. He was completely lost and confused that I even had a trimmer there and had no idea I had for the longest time. He hadn't even ordered the simple parts to fix the trimmer yet. I'm a easy guy to please, but all of that has made me decide to to elsewhere to do my business.

Took a couple chainsaws in to be cleaned up, sharpened and serviced! Price was fair, and it only took a couple of days!What more could I ask for?
