WOW, Ace hardware in Munfordville consistently goes above and beyond. The employees are very knowledgeable and so very helpful. We have had emergencies with plumbing and each time the employees have went above and beyond to not only help us but ensure we have exactly what we need. Yesterday I went to Ace and the employees were able to help and my project was completed. At the register I spotted Black Rifle coffee, made in the USA and a Veteran own company. Made a pot this morning and wow!!! The coffee is the real deal! It tastes like the great coffee I used to drink and I can only find it at Ace. Look for it your next visit and do yourself a favor and choose some of the amazing flavors of Black Rifle they have at the counter. It is slightly more expensive, but one cup will get your taste buds satisfied and you will be so happy you got some. Thanks Ace for providing customers such high quality products and services. Ace is a huge part of this community and I am so thankful for all your services!

They tell you they have something in stock and I went right on down there 10 minutes away and they do not have. These kids they have working need to go look and make sure they have it. Will not go back to Ace.

Staff is always cheerful and ready to help. I'd like to see better prices from a local hardware store but as they say, I'm paying for convenience. I'm sure it's also convenient that all their merchandise comes from the same, large, distribution center.

Absolutely recommend going there! Prices, people and product quality are above and beyond Lowes & TSC.I always go there first. Staff so very helpful and friendly. They know what they're talking about! The prices are awesome, I always find the same products for less and the quality of their is the same or better.

I really hate going in there you don't even get in the door and these kids working there are asking what do you need. There policy's of being afraid there's a secret shoper possibly coming in is ridiculous.

They was real helpful, I went in there for washer s for my tattoo guns and here I am a big tattooed man, but they helped me out and the register clerk was very nice and polite

Employees were friendly and helpful. Tinted a gallon of paint to my liking. I was so pleased i bought a new roller, refills and tray. To top it all off i got an extra $5 off my paint purchase. A win/win all around. It's nice to NOT have to travel to Glasgow, BG or Etown. Recommend it to anyone and everyone.

500+ miles from home.Needed to load up a motorcycle onto a uhaul without a ramp. These guys helped me load it right up. Very thankful

The workers here at ace hardware marketplace are very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. As soon as walked in worker came up asked if needed help and got what needed. Was in and out. I'd highly recommend this location in a heart beat.

The improvements over the past few months has made this one of the best hardwares around. The staff are unequalled in helpfulness and friendly employees like Chase make you want to come again soon.

I could not find the plumbing part I needed. I ended up going to tractor supply down the road, and they did have it, so I purchased it there instead.

I ordered online with free pickup in store. Very friendly staff. Clean store. Only problem was only 1 guy up front and he didn't know my item was in a bag at the other counter..otherwise would have been 5 stars

Don't trust the app, don't trust the website, and don't trust it if you call. The app and the website will tell you they have something in stock, but they won't. Or it'll tell you they DON'T have something when really they do. And if you call you *might* get someone who will actually go look (extremely rare), but generally they just say nope, we don't have that. Then you go in and it's right there. I'm so done with this store, the app, and the website.

Had a couple of extra keys made there today and they were FAST, CHEAP & WORKED PERFECTLY!!! Definitely a Great way to satisfy their Customers!!!

Never mix paint to matching color, (for myself) on 2 different occasions. Tools and supplies are to expensive. Employees are awesome!
