My husband's brakes went completely out,we went to O'Reillys bought the part to fix it brand new it was a bad part.We had it towed to H and H Friday morning was told it would be done Saturday before they closed.Called Saturday around 11 was told they needed to do a couple of things then it would be ready.Found a ride to go get it they locked the shop 10 minutes early and wouldn't let us have the truck.Finally finished it today we nicely asked for the piece from O'Reilly back so we could return it to get our money back,gave us the piece but not the box it came in.So we have been waiting for over an hour for Mark to get back from lunch so we can get the box back.Would not recommend unless you just have no choice.

Paid to have tire replaced and for them to dispose of the tire it's in the back of the truck but remember I paid disposal

I purchased a tire at their store and had them mount it. About a month and a half later the wheel started leaking around the rim i took it back and told the owner it was leaking asked him to fix it he said it was going to cost me 21 dollars i said it should be free i just had it done and he got nasty with me so i just got out of theirService: TiresService: Tires

Had my vehicle for long time. Paid to fix it. Then was called back to pay more and it was never fixed. Owner said he'd make it right to bring it back. Weeks later still not fixed. Never again will I take anything to h & h crooks.

I've personally never had a bad experience doing business with Gary Mike and his staff. Good hometown folks that care for your vehicle just like it is their own, which is the direct reason my family and I have been lifetime customers.

Ok people.... They did fix my flats when I needed. But don't expect them to go through your insurance. They told me, if I wanted to use my insurance company, then that was up to me. They fixed my flat without the insurance companies ok. So I had to pay out of pocket and will not be reimbursed.

Worst service ever! I paid 500 dollars to have my compressor in my air condition fixed and with in 10 months its leaking bc they gave me a used part instead of a new one like I was told. Now I have to have a different mechanic to fix it and its gonna cost between 300 and 800 depending on if the part is under warranty. Trust me folks do NOT take your car to H&H. Take it to Kenny's auto in henderson ky on 4th street. Now he is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. Thank you and have a nice day.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

i work there but honestly it would be great if there was a pricing cap on common repairs. wages should be addressed as i was told i was salary and to work 7to5 mon thru fri and 7 to 12 sat equaling 55hr weekly at a gross wage of 400 to 430. my math deduces my wage at minimum or close. i have never worked salaried job and got docked money for missing an hour or so ethier. guess as a small business owner with less than five employees you can do what you wish in ky.

I bought a used tire from them. The guy said it should last a couple weeks until we could buy a new one. After 3 days, the tire we bought went flat and they wouldn't even look at it to see why. Just told me I was out of luck and to buy a new tire. Will never buy or have anything done at this shop again

1st time ever using them!!!!!Usually don't do local decided 2 try them n they were On Point very Courteous n Reasonable they earned my service n I will b using them n the future whenever I need them!!!!!!Thanks Fellas 4 job well done!!!!!!

They charge $172 just to change out a thermostat....it takes 5 minutes to do at home it is hwy robbery!

Charged me 100 for a 5 minute finger fix and time spent finding nothing wrong. I'll never go back.
