This establishment is top notch with both the sales and service department. I purchased a used truck and felt that I received a great deal along with excellent service experiences after purchase. Jake was my salesman and Mike was my service advisor; both were amazing and very professional. I buy several new/used vehicles and will continue to trade with this dealership moving forward. Outstanding service across the board!

Great dealership to do business!!! The facility is top notch! The salesman, sales managers, and finance department is the best I've dealt with! Robert McIntosh was my salesman and he went beyond what was expected to give me the best deal possible! I hear from him often, just to see how things are going. Genuinely a good person. For the last few years, my wife and did business in Lexington. But you can get just as good deal,without the drive, at Tim Shorts! I'm looking forward to my first service.

my partner and I are on the hunt for a new truck, we saw they had some we were very interested in so we stopped into the Morehead location to test drive a few and get weigh our options . well, I guess they don t let folks test drive vehicles cause they told us they don t like to put miles on em I ll gladly give my money to someone different and buy a new truck elsewhere

STAY AWAY!!! I recently had inquired about a used car with "brad" as he called himself. Asked many questions about the car before making a 3.5 hr trip to buy the car. I was assured the car would be all ready for me to drive off the lot. It was in AWFUL condition. The car spare tire wasn't even put back and secured properly. The engine bay had RUST in it. There was obvious water damage to the car or engine overheating issues! The car windows were dirty. The rims had chucks of metal out of them with mismatched tires!!! The list goes on. TIM SHORT should be ashamed to put is name on this dealership and have employees with ethics like this working here. RUN FAR!!!!

We attempted to get a truck from these guys and trade my car in, the sales team was great and so friendly and I have nothing negative to say about them whatsoever. The sales manager, however, talked down to us like we were beneath him all because I didn't have my trade in long enough and didn't have 15k to put down on a used truck that had more cosmetic issues than my car did. My car only had 44k miles on it and this truck had 70k. My car is a 2021, this truck was a 2019. I was willing to trade but they wouldn't make any exceptions and the way I was treated by this so called manager is absolutely disgusting. I get it that we all have jobs, but I also work in customer service. You DON'T treat people like trash if they can't get approved for something or don't have a lot of money to put down. Times are hard and the least you could do is have some compassion or some kind of empathy not be a pompous prick.

I was helping my son find a truck and Brad helped us with everything that day. He is very knowledgeable of the inventory and it was a painless experience. We were in and out in 3 hours and drove away with the truck that day. I would absolutely recommend Brad to help you with your next vehicle purchase. You won't be disappointed.

Great buying experience! Our sales consultant, Jonathan Lopez, was very helpful, knowledgeable and found exactly what we were looking for. David Basham, finance manager, was professional, efficient and quickly processed our paperwork. The sales manager, Wade Willhoite, was great to work with and genuinely cares about the customers and staff. We highly recommend them and are very happy with our purchase. It was worth the 90 minute drive!

Absolutely the best car buying experience from a dealership I've had to date. My salesman Brian Rose was super professional and friendly, and made sure that our time was used efficiently. Absolutely no nonsense. Other dealerships should take note. I drove 400 miles one way for a good deal and I was scared something would come up not mentioned. No way. I was upfront with them and they did the same. Thanks again guys, couldn't be happier!

Call Tim Short Ford to arrange service. After explaining the vehicle issue I was experiencing, I asked if they would be able to assist me and if they had an idea what the issue maybe. The service man told me he left his crystal ball at home and made light of my vehicle issues. They lost my business today. I dont need a mechanic with a crystal ball. I need someone who takes their job seriously and respects customers.

A great place to have your vehicle serviced. I drive a Toyota highlander and they serviced it so I wouldn't have to do the drive to Lexington. They were very courteous and i never waited very long. Very pleased with their service dept!!! Happy customer!

The Tim Short franchise in my hometown of Winchester closed, but I had always had reasonably good experiences there, so I decided to drive to the Morehead franchise for an oil change. I was so glad I went out there. There was no waiting, there was no trouble at all, they took care of my car quickly and without the slightest difficulty, and they went above and beyond in every way. Even though they need a special part for my car, they got it within half an hour, and the prices are still less than I would have paid in Lexington. I found them extraordinarily pleasant and easy to work with, and on the whole, one of the best automotive maintenance experiences I've ever had. I will absolutely be going there from now on.

I called four times to schedule an oil change and never got through. They answered and said they would transfer my call, and then it said no one was available to take my call. This happened three times, and the other call was on Memorial Day, so the service department was out. I also left a message asking for a call back and filled out the online form to request an appointment and have still heard nothing. They definitely do not want to do service for me. I am taking my car to another place for an oil change. Just giving everyone a heads up this place will not answer your requests for a service appointment.

We had a wonderful experience here yesterday when we came to buy a 2015 Ford Transit. We have been on a cross country road trip from our home in Vail, Colorado to visit family up and down the east coast, and have been searching for a very specific van along our route. After finding an ad that seemed to be just what we were looking for, we decided to add a few hours to our drive to swing through Morehead KY. We were immediately impressed with the dealership when our inquiry was answered by a very polite receptionist within an hour, and Brian Rose (our sales associate) followed up not even an hour after that, with a copy of the vehicle s CarFax and a promise to have it cleaned and ready for a test drive the next day. We explained to him we were driving out of our way to come see it and didn t want to waste any time, and he was AMAZING at making sure every possible thing he could do to expedite the process before we arrived was done, from financing to getting all the information on our trade-in. We arrived at 2:30pm after 10 hours in the car (with a fussy 6 month old baby and an impatient puppy!) and Brian had us out the door with our awesome new van before 5pm! He was also so compassionate about our needs while we were there, inviting the pup tag along for the test drive and providing a quiet office to nurse the baby in (and paper towels and a great sense of humor when the baby threw up all over his desk! Whoops, thanks again Brian! ) He was very respectful of our time, we didn t do any unnecessary waiting at ALL, and in our circumstance that was so appreciated! The dealership was also very clean and welcoming and the vehicle we ended up purchasing was meticulously detailed and pulled up waiting for us when we arrived. We both work in hospitality, and we were extremely impressed by the service we received and the ease of what could have been a lengthy or stressful transaction. We couldn t have been more satisfied with our experience with Brian! This guy is a true professional and a very nice ol Kentucky boy!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. The staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful. Chad is a great salesman to talk to. I highly recommend this dealer. I never felt rushed or pressured. The quality car quality was very high in my opinion.

I spoke with the finance manager 4 weeks ago about canceling an extended warranty on a car I no longer have. I sent over the documents he requested to complete this the same day and asked for confirmation that they were received and were the things he needed. I never received any word back on these. I've been trying to reach someone at the dealership for 4 weeks now and have never received a call or email back to any of my messages. I know it takes time to process this cancelation, but I'm just trying to get confirmation that everything was received and has been submitted but have not gotten any communication back.

Had appointment for oil change. Showed up 15 minutes early. Was informed oil change was going to take 1.5 hours!!! They said there were two customers ahead of us. What?! Is there ONLY one person changing oil? Really?! They seriously need to let their customers know this when the appointment is made.Six months beforehand, we were truck shopping and decided against dealing with them. They wouldn't come down $900 on an EXACT truck we found for sale in Ohio. Should have learned our lesson then. Not very personable people either.The nicest man that we met worked the parts department. We shouldn't have spent any $$$ there, but we needed Ford parts for our oil change.

I drove nearly 3 hours to shop at Tim Short. This is a nicely stocked dealership, and I got a real fair price on my vehicle purchase there today. There were a couple of misunderstandings or misinterpretations throughout the weeklong negotiation process between myself and salesman, Michael, but he really came through especially with a couple of important after hours questions that I had.
