They have had a brother s truck for a couple months now trying to fix it. They seem extremely shady. I personally wouldn t ever trust them with my vehicle after witnessing what my brother has been going through with them. After they supposedly fixed the truck they lost the key. Most shops have a designated spot for the keys to customers cars so how to you lose a key? Seems very unprofessional to me. Once they found the key they are stating it s won t start now. I would never advise anyone to use these people for a tow job or as a mechanic. Use any other tow service or mechanic in Morehead. These people are crooks and unprofessional. They don t even deserve 1 star. I just can t give them any lower or I would.

I do a lot of business with Steve, he is most certainly the man to go to if you find yourself needing Tires, he has a wide selection of new and used tires in stock and always best prices in town. He keeps our fleet of trucks and trailers on the road with good Tires. Great place for small jobs like brakes, alternator, starters, etc as well. He can tow you in and get you back going in no time. This place was a life saver. While in Morehead on a Saturday my tire sensor was activated, when I checked my tires I found a nail in one of them. The only two places open were Walmart and Steve's, and Walmart told me I'd have to wait over 5 hours for a nail in a tire. I called Steve's to see how much it would cost and 30 minutes later my tire was fixed and I was on my way home, I even had to wait a few minutes cause there were other people there ahead of me when I arrived and they still got to me extremely fast. Everyone there was friendly and courteous, they just seem like really good people. I'm very thankful I found this place and from now on I'll be going to Steve's, I don't know if they can do mechanical work on my Prius, but when I need tire service this is the place I'll go.Service: Tires

My sister had a flat tire in town. Steve got there in record time and was absolutely amazing. Fast, friendly service, and he went above and beyond to help her out. They took forever to reply to my tow request and took even longer to fix my car. Which is still barely functioning. In the process they took my money & lost my keys. Very unprofessional!

This is my go-to shop not just for tires & towing but also other mechanical services like brakes and oil changes etc. Everyone in staff is AMAZING! I've never had a problem. They are respectful & professional! Highly recommend!

My wife and teenage son broke down in Morehead on a Saturday afternoon (1 July 23). The dealership is closed, all the repair shops are closed, and there's little hope for any help until Monday... and they're 7 1/2 hours from home.The guys at AutoZone in Morehead recommended Steve and said he might be able to do an on-site diagnosis/repair. After a few texts on Sunday AM, Steve showed up to our hotel as promised.He performed a visual inspection, scanned the OBD, checked the batteries, connections, and fuses. He performed a "hard reset" and the van starting working correctly again! In all he spent an hour on a Sunday and only charged $65. Never once tried to upsell anything and spent a lot of time explaining to my family what he was checking and what the results were.If this is a routine encounter for Steve, then the citizens of Morehead are in exceptional hands under his care. My highest recommendation for care, value, and responsiveness!

First of all, I'd like to thank Mike at this location for being cordial and trying to service me correctly but it seems that due to factors I'm unaware of that my car that has been in their location for a week(as of typing I am getting vehicle without some things on my list done) has not been entirely fixed. I had it in for check of fuses, ac not blowing cold(to them the fan possibly having blockage issues due to items on floorboard that's out of effective range of "suction" or a filter is issue), cigarette lighter insert(that yesterday when checked on car would be told it's a free fix and be done along with everything else by sometime today) that doesn't work, speed control issues that accordingly they can't replicate issue, check engine light(cleared code says it doesn't come back), and a rear driver wheel sensor needing replaced for an ABS light on dashboard.Since I left my car(yes I understand they been busy etc), I had been told for four days that it would be checked on within the hour and wed touch base on fixes. Took my confidant(female) walking to talk to them as I had a bad day and did not want them to think it was them, to get car looked at within 24hrs(was 4pm at time on Tues). We had called the service number multiple times over the four days and even did text as requested by owner. The next day was informed it was not looked at but would be, asked to redo list of things to check and fix... Mike gave me a card to text him(he has been great and understanding especially with the discrepancies with everything going on and explaining why x y z not been done).Tonight after I been dealing with a highly upset doctor at the VA and other things, I called and started to explain to the owner process of what's happened since I left car there and what's happened today as I was not getting updates(as Mike was out of range for cell and I understood that). I was more stating I neededy car back for appointments starting in Lexington at 8am tomorrow and was wondering about picking car up etc. The owner once I started running down the fact it took four days to look at after leaving it there, the fact part came in yesterday for wheel sensor and had a text earlier stating valve covers were removed... I asked if could pick it up today and what progress on list was, "I'm not dealing with you... I'm going to get Mike(as I mentioned trying to contact him first)." I understand they have had stressors and like lately, but I did not appreciate being treated as my doctor treated me due to my car being in the shop especially after I told them how long it's been at this location.I appreciate Mike and his assistance... But the owner calling my confidant "baby" on the phone and afterwards seemingly causing my car to be delayed until she personally went to talk to them as we were coming back home from Lexington... His attitude when mentioned to him I was asking for a progress report and seeing possibly what I'd have to pay for as I explained facts of situation. I will personally maybe do only emergency fixes at this location after checking to see if Mike is there. My confidant has as of typing already requested I not go back due to what's transpired and consequent wait for car being looked at/repaired... She's also stated that she feels like I should get another shop to do a diagnostic and review whatever they "fixed" this time. She's basing this on fact that I had to repeatedly inform them of why car was in shop and kept getting told it would be looked at or something else.As of typing, last night with everything repaired I was quoted at most 180$(with confidant as witness), will give it exact amount before posting along with what was actually done.As of post, was charged 170$ due to gas not being at half tank as was told it would be and had to get gas at 1030ish at night(ride had traffic issues in Ashland.) Valve covers were done and wheel speed sensor was replaced but brake light or abs light still on. Was informed about changing cigarette lighter socket and how it wasn't done, I'd have buy part or order through them to fix.

While I personally was not able to do business with them, I would definitely recommend nonetheless! I called after a flat on the interstate in a bit of a panic and was not thinking straight. The nice man who picked up the phone was able to calm me down and give me multiple numbers for companies much closer to my location (45 mins away mind you) to help me avoid a larger tow bill. It felt like a very sweet and classy business move. Anybody willing to help when they didn't have to is good in my book!

Car stalled down the streetWas having money issues and asked if they would be willing to take something I owned worth the tow price and they were willing to do that. Ended up coming up with the money instead of trading something for service and they did the job in less then 30 minutes and also gave me $10.00 off for what ever reason.Very professional and delicate when transporting my vehicle. 100% trusted them with my vehicle. They care about you more then what you can afford! If everyone would run there businesses like this the world would be a much better place !Thank you guys and I will never go anywhere else for my towing needs

Awesome guy. We were on the way home Kentucky to Va and we noticed a hole in our tire. We called him up and he told us to meet him at his shop. This was all at 9:30-10pm at night. Very quick and super nice guy to talk to. Super thankful for him, totally recommend!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Can't recommend these guys enough! Professional, respectful, fast, and accurate. Unfortunately, It's sometimes difficult for a woman to find a trustworthy service center, and bring new to the area made it even worse. However, that is absolutely not the case here! These gentleman stayed late even to make sure that I would be driving safely, without charging extra. They made me a customer for life!

This guy's a little weird. Messaged my wife's phone a few days after we enlisted his services - and it wasn't related to the work at all. Bought two cars from him and both were broken down within a few months, actually. You can't really blame anyone for that kind of work ethic in po dunk Morehead though. He still moves his asss when you need him, and does what he's told, so definitely earns a star.

Steve was a lifesaver! Our E-450 shuttle bus had a tire that was getting ready to blow on a Sunday while we were traveling through Morehead and every shop for miles was closed. Professional, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. I had a flat on the interstate. Steve was there writhin 30 minutes with a replacement tire. He changed it right there and I was safely on my way again.If I lived l local he would definitely be my service of choice

These guys are very professional and courteous. They took their time explaining exactly what needed to be done to repair my Tahoe's brakes. They came to my house, put the Tahoe on their truck, took it their shop and made the repairs so I could pick it up THE VERY SAME DAY. To beat it all, they were EXTREMELY affordable compared to other shops in town. Super fast, very friendly, VERY knowledgeable with Chevy trucks and no inflated labor or parts costs! A+

After I was in an accident, he showed up as soon as he was called to tow my vehicle. He made sure I knew where my vehicle would be and let me know that he was always open in case I needed anything. He worked super great with me and my insurance company and was extremely efficient.

Great service at an affordable price (as far as used tires go, the only servicr I've experienced here). He is very friendly. I would (and have already) suggest that everyone in the market for tires give this guy a call!
