Super satisfied with this company, they were very professional and helpful they got all my issues taken care of in a timely manner, they also explained everything and showed me pictures would definitely recommend them. I finally found a mechanic who is skilled, professional, dependable, helpful, affordable, and get the job done right! Scottie is the only person I take my cars to now. There is a waiting room or the option to drop your vehicle off. These people are HONEST, friendly, and they actually care! That is rare to find in businesses these days! Scheduling is easy and can by done by phone or online. You can pay in cash or use credit card. Plus, they have amazing Team-up promotions with other local businesses for discounts and sometimes even free merch! On a trip from a neighboring state, my wife had issues with our car. S & H was very helpful, and ultimately repaired an issue with our 20 year old Saturn. CONSUMER WARNING AVOID THIS SHOPI took my 09 Chevy in with specific instructions to replace one wheel bearing, and give the truck a once over, since I had just bought it. My second mistake after taking it to these people was saying I had five hundred in savings to fix it. So with that in mind they made the executive decision WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and "fixed" 500 dollars worth of problems. Hmmm. Here's where my real problem starts. The parts cost almost exactly five hundred, plus labor brought me up to almost $800 that I did not have. And the worst part is I was lied to in the gentleman I bought the truck from was lied to at the dealership when they stated they bought a wheel bearing for $230 and after doing about 10 minutes of inspecting and calling around I found out the only Part they could buy was around $120 they double charged me. So here right before Christmas I'm left up a creek and had to go beg family members to put together a few hundred dollars to pay their Ransom. When confronted about the blatant lie that was told to us the only explanation we were given was they can take the parts off and double charge me labor and send me back the way I came in but still about $500 for nothing so if you've read this far and have kept up and paid attention hopefully you know now just avoid this business at all cost there are ways to do business with people and ways not to this business does not hold up to the standard of business ethics that I expect from a professional place.
