My experience today was great. I had the pleasure of working with Rex and Justin. They gave me all of the information I needed and even offered additional resources to help me with my vehicle. It was fast and friendly. Will be definitely be coming back because of them.

Fast and friendly service! The techs that performed the oil change were informative and asked/suggested/recommended optional items without pressuring me, which I highly appreciate. They explained things as they went too. Great service, highly recommended!

Always super friendly people. Grew up hearing horror stories from my dad who works on cars about how places will up charge you if you aren t careful, he recommended this place and they are always really nice about explaining things and staying within a reasonable price. 10/10

Every time i come to get my oil changed they make sure everything is good in my vehicle. it s always a fast and easy process. i had just got a new vehicle and rex and justin made it easy for me to get the oil changed in a hurry!

Great service and prices . They checked all fluids, and tires to be sure they were good. Without having to ask. They showed me the before and after of my oil on the dipstick too, to ensure they used a quality synthetic oil. Then they had me bring RPMS up on the engine, and shut it down to ensure it pumped the filter full, and was topped off. Thanks for the great service! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

I've had my oil changed at Walmart and I've had it changed at Oil Changers. Oil Changers may be a little more in price, but it's so worth it for the customer service you receive and how quickly it gets done. I've never had an issue with any oil changes from here. I've had issues when I've had my oil chaned at Walmart. I highly recommend them for the Morehead area. And I definitely recommend them over Walmart's Auto Center. I've always had a good experience at Oil Changers and will continue my business with them!

I highly recommend Morehead fast change oil. Their new way of making sure that oil is replaced and right amount and it's so much better than wondering if they did the job right. It's quite an improvement compared to their old way. It's absolutely worry free.

Excellent Experience! Vey thorough and I came in only a few minutes before closing.UPDATE: The next oil change was a really bad experience. The employees were very apologetic, concerned, and professional but too many things went too wrong on this trip. I ll have to be in a bad way to not have service performed at the dealership (in Charleston, WV) from this point on.

An hour for an oil change is a long time. Especially if you're waiting in line, then it takes two to three hours for an oil change. Other than that, they have great service.
