If it weren't for Jerry, we would still be stranded at the 141 marker rest area outside of Morehead. We had a flat tire. When triple A dropped the ball on following through with sending help, Jerry got someone to us to fix our tire. He is a rare breed of person, calling me back to make sure we were ok and assuring us that everything would be all right. Thank you, Jerry

Good and fast service, barely had to wait 7 minutes before they were there. Took 2 minutes before they got in. Overall would recommend when stranded in a parking lot.

Left my key in the ignition for about half a day and turned to the on position and killed my battery. I called these guys and they answered right away and were willing to come right out at 10 PM. I ended up waiting until today to have him come. When I texted he responded right away and came over within 15-20 minutes! He was very professional and friendly! Jumped it and got it started for me in no time and l was able to pay using my card which was nice. Couldn't be happier with the service and experience and the price was very reasonable! I cannot say enough good things about them! I ve had to have my car towed 3 separate times in Morehead (1 time with another company and twice with them). Both times has been a breeze and you feel like family instead of just another customer. Everyone I ve interacted with is so friendly and you can tell they care. I hope to not have to tow my car a 4th time but if I do, I ll absolutely be calling Jerry s Towing.Service: Car towing

Yesterday my partner and I were travelling cross country in two cars with all of our belongings and cats. About an hour east of Lexington, my car caught fire and left us stranded on 64. Fortunately no one was hurt but neither of us expected something like this might happen so we were feeling very vulnerable. Jerry arrived on the scene and got my car loaded quickly on the wrecker. I had to ride in the cab with him and was immediately impressed with how nice the truck was and how clean and comfortable it was. Jerry is a friendly, respectful, charming and funny guy. I genuinely enjoyed riding with him the hour to Lexington and getting to talk with him and get to know him a little better. He shared with me that he took over this business from his father after he retired because he loves the work. He was very kind to let me talk through all of the different factors I'll need to juggle in the next few days to get back on the road. He listened patiently and gave me good advice just the way my dad would. He really cared about me through one of the most overwhelming and stressful situations I've ever been through and for that I will always be grateful. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks Jerry!!

Very personable, was quick and knew exactly where the spare was and even with the new spare tire how to manage them. Safety was first and ensured me and the kiddos were first priority. I appreciate them and recommend their services.

After our cars manufacturer setup a tow I was pleased to receive Jerry's phone call so very quickly in a matter of minutes after preparing myself to wait hours. He updated me on his progress on the way in and was polite professional and courteous toward us when he arrived at our car. Jerry was dependable and reliable which is why I leave this review. He is a gentleman and I would absolutely calling him again if the need arose.

Jerry was our Thanksgiving miracle! After flying to another state to help my friend drive home to her family for the holidays, we ended up with a flat tire at 7 pm on the night before Thanksgiving. Jerry was able to get to us in time to get a new tire before the shop closed for the holiday. He was VERY quick, friendly and we are grateful for everything he did for us! Highly recommend! Jerry was extremely quick, friendly and professional. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile in making sure my car was okay and arrived safely to the dealership for repair. I also appreciate that he was willing to handle loading and unloading the car from start to finish while I waited in his warm, clean truck! I ll be keeping his number for sure, thanks again Jerry!

Excellent. Jerry was really good about getting to me as quick as he possibly could. I was about 10 miles outside of Morehead but he was still on the scene within 15 minutes.He arrived on scene and was very friendly. He quoted me a price that was reasonable for the service he was providing and definitely cheaper in comparison to other recovery services.What happened to my car was definitely a huge inconvenience and I wish I didn't have to call a wrecker in the first place, but because I had no other choice, I'm glad I called Jerry.Would recommend to anyone needing recovery services.

Jerry has helped me out in two separate occasions, the first time was with a friend who needed her car towed and then when I locked my keys in my car. I called and he was really friendly, showed up very quickly, and he also offers a college student discount! I never leave reviews, because I don't think usually have that many good things to say about businesses, but I would recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone who is in need. For any problems call Jerry, he's awesome

I had a great experience! This was the first time I had ever locked myself out of my car, and Jerry was really nice. As soon as he got the call he came over to where I was, and he arrived when he said he would. It didn't take him long to unlock my car in the rain and there are no noticeable marks on my car.Because of Jerry's quickness and nice attitude, this experience was very pleasant, and I really appreciated that. It allowed for me to get back to class at Morehead State quickly and with a better mood. I highly recommend Jerry's Towing Roadside Assistance. I hope I never lock myself out of my car again, but if I do I know who I'm going to call.

Even late at night Jerry was fast, friendly, and efficient. He arrived quickly, helped me out, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He even went above and beyond to see if he might be able to help me fix another problem with my car! I'd recommend Jerry to anyone needing help with a lockout or tow. Especially great for students!!

Excellent service! I needed a jump, called roadside assistance. Jerry was there in less than 10 minutes and fixed us right up. Not only did he get us going, he showed us the problem and told us how to make sure it didn't happen again. Very prompt, professional, and polite. Super satisfied!

I only really write reviews when I get really exceptional service and these guys are absolutely amazing! I called about getting my car jump started and within 10 minutes someone was there.Not only this but they gave me a discount for being a student.Not only this but when the guy drove past 5 minutes later and saw I hadn't left my drive way, because I was warming the car, he went out of his way to come back and make sure everything was ok.I have never had good service from a towing company like this and I will be making a point to always call them when I need something.TL:DR simply the best!

Was referred by a friend to Jerry when my sister locked her keys in her car. Was there is no time and her car unlocked in less than a minute. Was super friendly and very reasonable price. We are definitely keeping his card handy and would recommend to anyone! Thanks again, Jerry.

Jerry was great; I highly recommend his tow services! He was at my place within minutes. His truck is brand new and secures your car by the wheels - i.e., no contact with the bumpers/ body. He had my car to the dealership in Lexington in about an hour and followed up to let me know it had arrived. He even took the time to explain to me how to have the tow-charge reimbursed by my insurance. His service was friendly/ professional and quick. I can't recommend him more highly.

My friend locked her keys in her car and Jerry was able to unlock the car door in less than 2 minutes. He was extremely polite and gave us his card in case we ever needed anything else. Highly recommend calling him if you ever need roadside assistance, especially if you are a college student!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Jerry is one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met! Quick response time, professional and a very clean wrecker. He spent time to se if he could fix the problem with our car before it had to be towed. Despite the terrible day we had in the cold Jerry was our bright spot. If you have AAA ask for Jerry Wrecker Service. If not call them directly! Amazing pricing! Thank you Jerry

Excellent service. I locked my keys in my car and Jerry got to my vehicle within 15 minutes of my call and had my car opened in no time at all. He also gauged the pressure in my tires and adjusted them for me, no charge. I recommend Jerry's Towing to everyone, he's just an all-around great guy!

Jerry deserves a million stars because he arrived very quickly while my dad and I were broken down on the interstate. Once we were picked up we had a great talk and even Jerry recommended on a cheaper way to get home. Just an overall great dude.Thanks Jerry

Locked our keys in the van at around 7pm. Called and they had somebody at my location in less than 20 minutes. Took 5 minutes at MOST to unlock my van. Only charged about 40$ which was WAY less than I was expecting. The guy they sent out was incredibly friendly and understanding as well.

Our daughter was stranded late at night by herself wwith a flat tire.....Jerry was there to the rescue in record time!!!! He even checked the spare to make sure it was safe. He is a very nice person and very professional. We will definitely use his services again if needed. Will recommend him to everyone.

Jerry was profoundly professional in his apperance and demeanor. He was prompt in the retrieval and relocation of our vehicle. He has a delightful personality and a caring attitude for his customers. I had a 26' truck hung up over a retaining wall on the side of a mountain. Jerry responded in minutes to my call for help. He and his crew had to tear through two walls of a carport to access the vehicle and winch it into a position where it could drive away.These guys were amazing. Thank you Jerry , Nick and Gary.

We blew a tire late dusk on a dangerous section of I64. Our roadside service called Jerry and we are really glad they did. He arrived quickly and even corrected our misidentified location. His truck looked brand new and he loaded my Ford Flex on his flat bed without error. He drove us where we wanted to.go and he even called the tire company to.let them know he had brought us from the highway so that they would fix us up quickly. So this morning I called the tire shop and they said we would be done around 8. Thanks Jerry!

What an awesome job Jerry did! I locked myself out of my RV while camping in Twin Knobs and my dog was inside! Jerry returned my call right away and was at my campsite within 20-30 minutes, five minutes later I was in the RV! He was so nice...definitely my hero for the weekend.
