Rude staff needs training. I was lied to and told my Cub Cadet Pro Z warranty only would cover parts and not labor. Both of their stores are horrible. Tried to buy an ATV for my son for Christmas at the Flemingsburg store and was ghosted. Ended up buying an ATV at Gateway Cycles. I will trade my Cub Cadet so I dont have to deal with these people any longer. Thought the new ownership would solve the issues that have plagued these two stores for so many years.Update to my previous review. After I was told that the Cub Cadet warranty would only pay for the faulty O2 sensor and not the labor under factory warranty, I was also informed the O2 sensor caused one of my spark plugs to foul out. I was asked if I wanted to pay for replacement of the plug but I declined since I have a 3000 sq ft workshop with a lift and I service everything I own. Yesterday I decided to get the Cub Cadet ready for mowing season and replace the spark plugs with a new set of NGK spark plugs like I do every season. I took out the first plug and It looked almost brand new, then I took out the second plug and it was an old Kohler branded spark plug that was definitely fouled out. My Cub Cadet has always had NGK plugs put in it every service and this plug was installed to coerce me into paying for parts and service I do not need. Attached are the pics of the two plugs that came out of my mower yesterday and my workshop.

I bought a new cub cadet mower at tractor supply. The warranty work comes from great outdoor power sport. Took it to them because the mower was having an electrical problem. Wouldn t start sometimes. Like the starter or valve problem something. They had it over a month telling me one thing and the warranty Dept something else. Finally they said we fixed it but warranty won t pay so you ll have to pay $120 for a new $8 fuel filter. I told them that wasn t the problem in the first place a month ago. I called warranty they said they never contacted warranty they lied to me. I got it home the mower still wouldn t start right so it wasn t the fuel filter like I knew already. But had to pay $120 for a filter and lies.

I went in for a weed eater, and bought one moments later. I dealt with Tyler. He was awesome. He was very helpful. He explained everything I needed to know and even packed it and my bag of stuff out to my car. Thank you for such great service, positive experience, great atmosphere.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience here! We had trouble with our lender and getting paperwork processed that ended up taking hours to deal with. Everyone was very patient with us and assisted us in any way that they could. They even delivered it the same day that we came back to finish paperwork. We really couldn t have asked for a better experience buying our first buggy, highly recommend!

Don't see how these people stay in business they never answer the phone, no way to leave a message, really disappointed, but my money will spend somewhere else just as easily, who knows maybe there are already so rich they don't need the business, will never go there again.

Would leave 0 stars if I could....called today about a 462 Stihl saw with a full wrap handle, was told they had one and was given a price....drove over and hour to get there and they didn't have one....boy at sales desk denied I talked to him but there was only him and one more guy working.....it was the one at the desk that I had talked to....no apologies just denied they talked to me, thanks for wasting an hour of my time and the gas in my truck

would not advise anyone use these guys, the market is crazy right now and there are not many options out there, but they intentionally overprice their stuff and wont give 2 nickels for trade in value, i came over 4 hours to get my general and they had a week headsup, they didnt put my back glass on just left it in the box, the interior was dusty and dirty and they promised they'd clean it up and did nothing. very very poor communication and just flat out lied to get me all the way down there and treated me like dirt.

Justin a sales rep sold my elderly father a 2015 Polaris for $9,000.00, Dad gave him $1,000.00 down and financing was listed as 10,597.88. I have reached out multiple times for an explanation of the fees and charges. All I get is the run around and no call backs that was promised. A 2022 Polaris Ranger 570 cost $10,999.00 new. It's SAD they took advantage of an elderly man. They charged him the price of a new one. It has 4352 miles on the one they sold him!!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! Liers and cheats!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!

From the time I walked in to now, they have provided excellent customer service on my new club cadet zero turn. ZT3 60. I explained my needs and they walked me through the options in my price range. Never once tried to upsell me or got offended by my questions from my online research (much of which they debunked). They provided a step by step walkthrough of my fist zero turn and I felt very comfortable in the purchase.I chose local so I know who I am dealing with on a first name basis. I'm glad I did my yard looks great for it!

Absolutely horrible experience. $265 totally wasted. They kept our mower for 5 weeks to do a basic yearly service and brought it back without even sharpening the blades. We will never go back.

Wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very big selection. You pay a bit more than you would at a big box store but the staff and selection are worth it. A note on the selection: they have a few brands they specialize in and lots of models within those brands. The selection of brands is not so big. If you want a specific brand call first.

I can not say enough about the employees of GOP&L. They were so patient, helpful and friendly. From Kevin in sales, the service center employees, and Kevin in finance. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and made sure I felt "at home" while I was there. The inexperience of the girl doing paperwork, took forever. Like two hours, the guy Justin helped somewhat, we had a appointment to pick our RZR up at 1, we had to wait on him to pick up his lunch the RZR was not detailed, dirty with rag left inside. I had to ask for help to load it. We bought it there, but wish we would have went somewhere else. First got there three people at desk, did not offer help at first, I had to ask for helpNo one wearing masks, including a young 5 year old playing behind the desk. Very unprofessional, we were our masks. They claim they gave us 500 off, I seriously doubt it.

Purchase experience was good, service is mediocre. I dislike a tractor that is a year old, and down for a week for service department repairs.Latest update, LS sent the parts, the service department lost them.Now it has been two weeks and still no call from the dealer for my parts arrival. This is not acceptable downtime for a farm tractor.And still nothing, 4 months later.

Poor customer service. Rude when you call them. Quoted a price of $100 for oil change, actual charge was $175....oh and how convenient that thlw person who quoted it no longer works there. Bad business practices to treat people like thst.

Called this place on a 2017 Polaris 1000. Left 2 messages for Kevin , because I wanted to discuss the Ranger 1000 he listed. Called back for the 3rd time and ask for anybody else in sales and they give me Kevin. Yeah, what s up? No that s sold, but we have new ones we can sell you ! Way to important to be a salesman! Had to give them at least 1 star, the lady that answered was nice!

Horrible experience w/this company. Salesman lied to me about product I was buying. Size engine I was told I was buying doesn't even exist in 2016 ETX Ranger Side by Side that I bought. Never dreamed this company would run the scam they did. Have had recurring problem of grinding sound. Great Outdoors informed me Polaris refuses to authorize parts to repair issue even though it is still under warranty. This is an extremely shady & dishonest business & I highly recommend NOT to do business with them.

Please go somewhere else! I have gotten repeated bad service, and equipment put together wrong. This place started out great, but the longer they are open the worse the place gets. No one is really interested in helping a customer, the service center takes an eternity to get anything serviced, and they are completely uninterested in selling lawn tools. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this unprofessional establishment.
