Done a great job putting them on but literally took 3 hours to get my tires changed had almost no help in the shop

Got an oil change and was told I needed a new battery, but was never given the results of a battery test. Went to Autozone to have the battery tested and it was 100% fine. The guy at Walmart totally tried to sell me a battery I didn't need.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went for brake bulb out, they didn't know how , I guess they didn't even check it after they worked on it Burned out my turn signal somehow too. Then charged me to fix that. Doesn't seem right. So they lost a customer over a 15.00 bulb. Should have been free. But it is Walmart .Oh well!

My son took a damaged tire on the rim into this store. He was told that the tire was not repairable and they did not have anything in stock to replace it. I understand and have no problem so far. Then when the person working on it realized there was nothing he could do...my son witnessed him throwing the tire and rim out of his way. Now my car may not be a Mercedes or even an Audi but it is MY CAR. I would appreciate care being taken not to further damage it. I called the manager and he said he would look into to it. All I want from this is for the person responsible to be talked to about showing respect. Also, I would hope that if another employee were to see such actions, they would say something to this person. I give them one star because it would not let me post no stars.

Thanks Walmart Auto for the fast and efficient tire repair service. Appreciate you helping me out on short notice! The techs got me out of real jam during my cross country travels.

Went to get an oil change since the people I got the vehicle from said that's where they took it. Noticed couple days after oil on the ground where I was parked. And after reading I guess this has happened alot. Yay

Got new tires they're real cheap. I'm happy with them and they were installed quickly.
