We stayed here because it was late and we were with friends. The night lady was rude as if she was being bothered. We woke up the next morning to find the rooms we were in had no hot water. The owners are there in the morning and are just as rude as the workers. We were told to just turn the water on and it would work. FOR ONE THING WE ARE NOT STUPID TO NOT HAVE DONE THAT FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE GOING TO THEM. After he tried a lot of garbage he still didn't have any hot water. Crappie place do not stay here anywhere else would be better

Excellent price point. Clean room. Plenty of towels and soap. Our toilet in our room was broken and they came to fix it in about 15 mins. Beds were comfy. No bugs. My only gripe was it would of been better if the air was on already before we got there. Also there was only one available outlet in the room for charging things. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint little motel in Kentucky, for the price it was what I expected, nothing extravagant but the room was very clean and cozy.The sheets were the softest, most wonderfully comfortable sheets ever! Bed was comfortable and TV had a good selection of channels.Only complaint was the water never got really hot, just warm, in the shower.Other than that it was a very nice motel and we would stay there again if we are in that area.

Very out dated, usually I would never stay in a place like this but it is late and not many choices available. The room smelled pretty bad I could smell it through the door as I went to insert the key into the door knob. I think they cleaned the carpet with hurricane Katrina water. The room smelled of cat urine and cigarettes. The guy that checked me in never spoke a word to me just took my card and gave me a key pretty sure I'll be sleeping on top of the blanket fully dressed and skipping the shower. The reviews on this site have to be written by the owners this is not a place I will be back to spend the night. My truck would have been a better option if I had room to lay the seat back!

Best Motel gets one star only because Google doesn't allow negative Stars!! The air conditioning didn't cool as much as an old box fan. The storm door on our unit was missing a pane of glass. The bathroom is so tiny that's it is a wonder my size 20 body could turn around, and the toilet paper holder had to be mounted to the shower door. Don't expect room in bed either, as the room includes only a full and a twin sized bed rather than the standard queen. We only chose this site for its low cost of $45 but they even upcharged us to $59.

great service! comfy beds, clean room,great prices. It is a basic est your head room with a nice shower,no tubs, but great flat screen. overall nice place. quiet not a party drug place like we heard it would be!!

It is very small but clean.This is my second time here .I have paid less for better rooms elsewhere,but there are only 2 motels in town, so either $95 at Best Western or $59 here. I was here working ,rested well and no problems. Owners are nice people

I am 100% convinced that someone at this hotel used my American Express card numbers to order Amazon digital products with. I rarely use my AMX card and upon checking my account there s been 2 digital charges made since my stay! The only other charges have been gas stations in the last several months! I also want to add when it was checkout time they just walked into my room. I m double checking the bathroom and a man just walks in my room, I told him to get out then another man walks right in and grabs the remote. I ve probably stayed in over 100 hotels and not one time has anyone ever done something like this! Do not stay here! They have no boundaries and being a single woman it makes you feel unsafe.

After booking the room and driving over a hour, out of the way, the front desk clerk person tells me " i am so sorry i have no rooms" ..Wow, what a pile if crap this management is sitting on! ?? Do you think my credit card will be charged?? Do you think if it is I will get my money back?? Do you think I should trust them?? I think I am screwed, and tired, and upset.. What do you think??

It's actually cleaner & cheaper than Somerset's Motel 6, and you get soap and fresh towels, there you may get some towels but no soap. Wow!

Absolutely horrible. Infested with bed bug all of an hours sleep and qoke up itching all over swears they bomb all the time. Other than that was fantastic.....

The manager/owner walked in on my wife changing clothes and his wife lied about it.
