Purchased a '24 Wolfpup 16BHS from Day Bros at the 2024 Louisville Boat Show and picked it up a couple of weeks later. Great experience with the sales' discussion and the financing aspects on-site. Pick up was 'easy breezy' and had a wonderful time with all the folks at Day Bros in Monticello during our orientation. Good people and I highly recommend their business for any RV purchase!

Worse experience ever. Bought a used tv . Was promised everything worked, the ac/ the heat and hot water all had to be replaced. We have spent thousands of dollars replacing everything along with the rotted floor which was the only thing they told the truth about

2 years of trying to get my trailer repaired. Dealt with 4 different people with each one having their own fix but never fixing it. The last person wanted me to take it off my permanent site and bring to shop. Found out from another tech that it is something that could be fixed on site. I am done with them. A lot of phone calls, wasted time and excuses for nothing.

Just purchased a new Jayco travel trailer. We absolutely love it and hope there is no issues. Props to the finance lady for being so nice and prompt.

I couldn't find a sway control bar or a weight distribution set up anywhere until I called Lee RV and the guys there were extremely helpful.. had it installed in no time and made my trip to Texas a lot faster and safer ...

Took my unit to them with the ac to be checked. It set for over 2 weeks after I was told 3 days. They then told me the ac unit needed replaced and tried to sell me one. I got it fixed and back in my cool rv for 35 dollars. Never go to them with repairs !!

Our experience with Day Brothers Monticello was not good. We got an estimate for our travel trailer repair in April 2023, got insurance $ in May, took it to them in June when they said to bring it . had to call to check on progress 5 times, no calls initiated from them, In the middle of August, sitting out on their lot, no repairs done, have no idea when it will be repaired, can t find our keys . SO DISAPPOINTED! We chose them over a major RV dealer because we wanted to support local and didn t want to get lost in the shuffle, but that s exactly what happened.

We bought a brand new bumper hitch camper from them. We still haven't got to take it camping yet. Cause every time we open it all up and start getting everything ready to go camping the the shower leaks, the floor laminate wrinkles and we have took it back 2 or 3 different times for them to fix it comes back fixed but as soon as we open it all back up it is like that again. So much for buying a new camper, thinking we would have no worries cause we have to keep running to to get fixed by them so we are not going to have time to camp in it!

Horrible experience; I'd give them a zero if I could. We purchased a brand new 2021 travel trailer and experienced several major issues the same day we purchased (we camped in it that night): Slides didn't work correctly, battery didn't hold a charge, solar panel was inop, doors wouldn't stay closed during travel; several electrical issues. We were barely able to get it closed properly to even leave the campground that first night; it was fairly obvious that the dealer had not done proper prep work on it. We called immediately the next morning as soon as they opened -- but our calls weren't returned. After finally reaching them by text and them agreeing to allow us to return it, the owner called the next day and argued with us on the phone for nearly an hour, refusing to accept it as a return and insisting everything we mentioned was 'warranty work.' We had no choice (other than hiring a lawyer) but to put it in the shop, where it was for more than two months, correcting things that SHOULD have been taken care of prior to purchase. We missed the entire summer camping season. The manufacturer clearly states on its website that every item on our list was dealer responsibility. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Obviously has low integrity and is just out to make a buck. I wish we'd known then what we know now about how important it is to find an honest dealer -- that will make or break your buying experience. Shop elsewhere!

Not very Happy with my $1500 repair done to my Toy Hauler...Paid to have the Roof Treated, Windows caulked, Floor repaired, And some other minor things repaired. Picked up the camper and the under floor weather barrier tarp was cut and not taped back up and Door lock was not assembled back together properly, and The caulking around the windows was half way done and looked like a blind person has done the caulking! Called Brian and discussed the matter with him he wasn't concerned about the problems I found! Bad customer service! Will never darken the door again!

I BOUGHT A 2007 SKEETER BASS BOAT FROM DAY BROTHERS IN MONTECELLO KENTUCKY THROUGH AN EBAY AUCTION & I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ DAY BROTHERS !! I HAVE ASKED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR THEM TO SEND ME THE BOATS KENTUCKY TITLE ; I LIVE IN TEXAS AND HAVE TO HAVE THAT DOCUMENT TO GET MY 21' SKEETER BASS BOAT REGISTERED HERE IN TEXAS & GET A TEXAS TITLE INSTEAD OF NOT HAVING ONE @ ALL BECAUSE I CAN'T EVEN REGISTER MY BOAT WITH the TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT ! I have dealt with someone @ Day Brothers by the name of FAITH without ANY RESULTS FOLKS !

Took my camper in for some floor repair and called to see if it was finished and was told they couldn t fix it for the price that was Quoted from one of their very own service repair guys! Would not buy or suggest anyone doing business with this bunch!

Don't buy a used rv we was told everything works upon starting on a trip front end started bouncing and brakes locked up had it towed to repair shop the brakes fell out on the ground and had bad rotors we finally went on trip first day of using the ac two vents did not work and ac will not shut off buyer's beware have a mechanic look it over before buying used rv not a happy camper

Difficult to get a hold of. Their communication is little to none and they don t follow up with messages or returned calls. Not very helpful at all. If you need propane filled, then it s worth that maybe.
