Kevin Melton! GIVE THAT MAN A PAY RAISE!!!!! Good job! No pressure, we knew what we wanted and test drove it, checked under the hood, got underneath to check the undercarriage. Kevin offered to put it on the lift but I decline anyways. No pushing of buying extra or hassle what so ever. Was very patient well I was waiting on the phone and then just waiting for a email. OUTSTANDING! Over all. Will buy from here again if Kevin is their employee still.

Big shoutout to Dawson Day at Tim Short Middlesboro!After being unhappy with a car from another dealership, we contacted Dawson about our situation to see what our options might be - he set out on a hunt to find something perfect that would fit each of our needs. He hooked my fianc� and I up in a decked out Buick Encore Sport AWD with all the bells and whistles. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end - it was extra helpful having a trustworthy and patient salesman like Dawson that looks out for your best interest always! I had previously bought a vehicle through Tim Short and had a great experience, but more recently one worth writing a review over. I reached out to Brittany Bayless about selling my vehicle and she went above and beyond to help me. Although we were unable to do business together again, Brittany made sure I was helped to the best of her ability, as well as extending her help in the future. If I was going to buy from Tim Short Middlesboro, I would absolutely reach out to Brittany first.

We had a very good sales experience, no pressure, our sales person Brittaney Bayless was very helpful and patient throughout the process. I also thought it was nice of her to send a Thank you card and to let us know that if we needed anything she was just a phone call or a text away. Great customer service.

Guys, if you ever need a new ride I would hands down recommend Corey Haynes at Redmond! Not a bit pushy, I actually walked away from the first deal because the bank wouldn t work with me. Corey made it happen on round 2 and I could not be happier! By far the best auto buying experience of my life! Thanks Corey for showing what car buying SHOULD be like!

Wonderful experience working with "Best Deal Brooks" at Tim Short. I live in another state so I had lots of questions and requested videos, etc. "Best Deal Brooks" sent multiple videos any time I asked, walked me through the transaction with ease about how the vehicle was registered in the state where I live, taxes, etc. I got a great price on my Mercedes, great price on my trade and the delivery and exchange of the trade-in was handled by a very professional trucking company that "Best Deal Brooks" arranged for me too! I will definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future even though they're not the closest dealer just because it was a seamless transaction. I had my car delivered in a few business days and the pricing and service is worth it!! Thanks "Best Deal Brooks" for the purchase of a lifetime! I'm lovin' my G-Wagon!!! It's not every year your hubby surprises you and lets you celebrate your 20th anniversary and 50th birthday with a Mercedes...I'm glad I worked with the best for such a special purchase:)

We found the used car that we were looking for but unfortunately it was four hours away in Middlesboro, Ky. Thanks to Whitney's pictures and videos and Mike Smith working with us to get the deal done, we made the drive down to pick it up. We were pleased with the car and the service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car or a new one.

Just left TS in middlesboro with the best experience. A guy named Glenn Hobbs answered the phone and after a brief chat, I told Glenn I was after an eye catching sports car with an engine of tigers and tornados. Within 90 seconds Glenn (known around the lot as eight-five ) sent over the most beautiful corvette. That hour he hustled together the payment/terms that I needed, had it shined up with a full tank of gas sitting out front. He took my call and treated it with the highest priority to make sure my needs were taken care of professionally. Many thanks to Glenn Hobbs for making this a quick, stress free transaction. I was able to enter the lot and leave within 15 minutes. You da man 85.

This dealership is blessed with Kevin Melton's presence on the sales team. Ive bought 2 vehicles from Kevin from 2 different locations. He is literally the best so he has clientele that follow him to where he is. During both transactions I had a super smooth experience and top notch customer service. Not only is Kevin an enthusiastic salesman but he also has a background in finance making his knowledge priceless to the consumer seeking guidance on a vehicle purchase!

We had an excellent experience here!! We live 4 hrs away and couldn t see the car so our sales man took pics and videos of everything we ask and answered all the questions we had on the car we picked up! 10/10 experience !! We noticed as we got down the road that we had a turn signal out so i called our guy there and he said no problem so i went and got it fixed and they reimbursed me for it. Before this i have never had a good experience with dealerships, but our sales man Mark calloway went above and beyond!! I know their goal as a sales man is to make a sale but these guys here actually make u feel like they care and thats rare. Will be buying another car from them in the future!! Thank you guys for a bada55 car haha!!

I recently shopped at at Tim Short in middlesboro and I normally don t do reviews online but I wanted to brag on Brittany Bayless for a minute. She was very professional and done everything she possibly could to help us decide on the right vehicle for us but not in a pushy or overbearing way like I have experienced in times past with other sales people. She went as far to help us even on her day off. I explained to her I was short on time due to my job and distance away and she would send photos of vehicles she thought we may love and she let me send photos of my suv to her to get a trade in value for me without having to make the drive into the dealership. She has what i would call old school values and not just say or do anything to make a sale. She was very polite and knowledgeable in her job and true to her word. Tim Short needs more like her. When I decide to buy again she will be who I will call for assistance. It s not often you find someone as dedicated to making sure you re happy before you buy as she was. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

I would like to thank Dawson Day & Best Deal Brooks for really coming through clutch today & helping me find, not pressuring me, but helping me find a vehicle that totally suited my needs. I came in with preconceived notions & my mind was basically already made up that I wasn t going to be able to find anything that would work for me. I must say these two men changed my mind. They really took their time, listened, & went above & beyond to help me find a car suited to my needs both finically & otherwise. Bought my last 3 cars from Tim Short Middlesboro and can't recommend them enough. Just bought #3 yesterday after working with Corey for several days on the purchase. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me make this purchase happen - definitely recommend asking for her! I have always had my eye on a Land Rover, specifically white. After seeing one posted I immediately got in contact with salesman Mark. He was able to work the deal over the phone, get me the payment I wanted, and a good deal on my trade in. The next business day he had the car cleaned up, gas filled up, and paperwork ready so that as soon as I got there I was in and out. Thanks to him, I was able to get my dream car. I highly recommend going and seeing him for your dream car!

We are very pleased with Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro. We purchased our second vehicle from them and we could not say enough good things about our saleswoman, Corey Haynes. Corey worked with us for over a week to help us get the perfect vehicle, and even stayed after hours to let us come pick it up and finish the paperwork. I can t stop bragging enough on my experience at Tim Short of Middlesboro, Ky. Chelsea's my buddy & she directed me who to talk to after work. So I ended up with Brant & Dawson & they are the best! We talked like we were family & had a great time - all while doing business. I have come to know several employees there & they re very hard working, good people. I love my new (used) 2019 Blazer Premier! Definitely recommend these guys !
