My car broke down Thursday and Bill from Quality towing and Auto repair came and got my vehicle. Before we even left with my car, bill tried to get my car to start, but it wouldn't. So, to me that was a great example of excellent service. I told them that I need my vehicle for work on Friday and he said my fuel pump was bad. Friday I received a call that Gene had fixed my car in a timely manner. The owner John greeted me and was so kind. For this day forward, I'll definitely be using there service. Customer service and care is important! I'm very grateful for their team. My car drives so much better now!

They sent a rollback which was the wrong tow truck they should've brought a smaller one that pulls the vehicle behind. And for that I had to wait for quality towing to bring back another truck for my accident.

They did a great job. I locked my keys in trunk so we had it towed home. The guy they had do it Mark was awesome considering it was locked up. He was easy with my car not to damage it. He took his time getting it off roll back without damage since it was in park. He even recommended local locksmith. Highly recommend them.

Theft of my belongings! Unbelievable. Do not use these crooks. They stole well over 6 to 8 hundred dollars worth of tools and various other items that were in my truck. Bad people working there.

Bubby has towed me more than once. This particular time, i thought the clutch or transmission had went out in my truck. After they got on scene, the driver told me my clutch rod had came loose and i could come pick my truck up in two hours. I was so relieved!!Thank You Quality Towing!!

Didnt have to wait to long. The guy was so funny and nice. I was embarrassed byt he made it easy for me. He even brought the change being I had a big bill and not small Bill's. All and all, I turned out being a great dat. Thank u and God bless

I hope these people go to church because they took the car that was also my HOME and now I m HOMELESS. They wanted $200 to give my car back and wouldn t even let me have my things because my mom owns the title. These are NOT GOOD people. They are only out to make money off the backs of the least fortunate. May God have mercy on what little souls they have.Service: Car towing

Vehicle got towed to this place a week ago. On the phone they quoted one price ($145) of what it would be to get the truck, then in person was told a much higher price ($200). After I asked about it, I was basically called a liar about being told the cheaper price on the phone. The guy's exact words was "well it was worth a shot." It's not very business like to insinuate your customer is lying! You need to get your stories straight on your prices for future reference. I will never have anything to do with this business ever again!

Quality Towing was selected for my tow via Triple A. This was after waiting for days for a tow. I got a call at 9 a.m. that Bill from Quality would be headed my way within an hour to do the car pickup. I advised Bill of the directions to the car and went ahead and went to the car location. After waiting until 3:30 P.m. I gave Bill another call he informed me that he went ahead and picked up someone else's vehicle to do another tow instead of coming to get my car (all while I was waiting) he told me he would be on his way soon. At 5:30 I still hadn't seen or heard from him. I called back and then he said he had to take someone a key then he promised to come do the car pickup for me. At 7 p.m. I still had not seen or heard anything. I tried to call Bill several times.after calling 5 times he finally answered just to tell me he would not be able to do it. He referred me to another driver whom actually owns a different tow company and the other driver was at my location within the hour and done a fabulous job with my car. Bill was a nightmare, and made the whole experience much worse. The other driver Chris was amazing!Service: Car towing

Had money missing from my vehicle. Could never get in to get my things before insurance came to get my vehicle. Someone from there got a few things from my vehicle and left the rest when the insurance company came to get my vehicle. This is one shady business. Nobodies stories matched in regards to my things or money.

Towed my car after a wreck, lied to my insurance repeatedly claiming they have never seen my car, ended up charging State Farm over $4k in storage fees, and leaving me without a car for nearly 2 months. Laughed at me when I called them asking about my car, worthless company run by a bunch of disgusting people.

I was broke down and I called quality towing and Ron answered and said he'd come and get me, little did I know he was a awesome person who said he'd take us to a hotel til mon when his shop opened back up. He took us to 4 hotels and he talked to the hotel who let us check in early but that's not all Ron did for us he took me to back to my jeep to get my medicine out of out Then he stopped at 3 different stores looking for pickled bologna to take back to Indiana with me. And he took us back to the hotel. Mon he called us at 8:30am and told me that the jeep would be fixed in a little while and ask us when we wanted picked up! He came and got us took me to my jeep where Gary was working on it. Gary made sure it was fixed before we got on the road again. Ron asked me if they got it fixed. Thank you Ron and Gary for everything you guys did .you went beyond what you had too!!!!Service: Car towing

We broke down in the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park. Quality towing was able to get the car towed and fixed on the day before Thanksgiving. Great work and easy to work with. Very grateful for them.

I had a breakdown in the Middlesboro area. In many instances when out of town you are the mercy of a true stanger. The owner and staff could have not been nicer and more accommodating. This establishment is one of the best I have ever seen. I received quality service and even fairer prices. I would recommend this place. High quality and integrity and thanks for a great job.

Called them said a driver would be out when he got back from Corbin. 5 hours later still nobody showed up or even called me. Finally after giving rhem a chance 7 hours later called other people. Then 9 hours later finally got someone to come get my truck and haul it to ford. Bad quality and will never even try calling them again. Have talked to all my friends and family and they said they will never use them and thell all their friends and family as well. Poor service for someone thats supposed to be there to help you.

I had to call upon them for a very unexpected reason and very aggravating situation and due to no fault of their own I was a little irritate when I had to call...even though I was upset due to the reasoning for having to call upon them they were extremely friendly and remained very professional to me...I did catch the way I was acting and apologized several different times to the owner to whom I was speaking..his response the whole time was its ok I understand and that he would probably have not taken the situation as well as I did...that meant a lot to me because I wasnt expecting to have to be in this kind of situation. I did have to end up visiting them as well and I have to say they were just as nice then as when I was on the phone with them...they were extremely friendly and extremely helpful and if I ever am in Middlesboro area and have to call upon anyone I would definitely call them!

Picked up a nail in my tire and way to TN and these guys understood and got me back on the road fast! Inexpensive and quality work. I cannot thank them enough!!

It was late at night... POURING the rain and I was stranded in the middle of a busy highway in a stalled vehicle. Not one of my best memories but they showed up within 10 minutes to get me out of the road. Very thankful

I took them my lincoln navigator and they couldn't even get a spark plug in it .. brand new one ... machanic????

The sweetest guy came and unlocked my mom's car. The only suggestion is the drivers needs to carry change.
