Awesome fuel center! Located directly in front of Kroger in Middlesboro. Very reasonable fuel prices, especially if you're a Kroger Plus customer. Kroger Plus customers can receive as much as 10 cents off a gallon of fuel. Generally, this fuel center offers fuel approximately 3 cents cheaper than other competitors. The Kroger Fuel Center is popular, so it's generally busy.

There is always a wait, which isn t always bad. However, on this day it s asking for a review, the pumps were going so slow it took almost 15 minutes to fill my tank. Everyone walked up to the poor guy complaining but he could do nothing. I feel they should have posted signs or had extra people telling us the situation so I wouldn t have used my $1 off at this time because I didn t have extra time to fill my gas cans I had brought with me.

Fuel discounts for store purchases are valid for up to 35 gallons.Suggestion for station: PLEASE post that store policy is no crossover fueling. There aren't too many vehicles that can hold 35 gallons so many families may fuel 2 vehicles. I was forced to pull around and had to confront another customer that pulled in to use the pump. If customers know, they can prepare accordingly. First time ever being told no crossover fueling as a station policy after decades of fueling. The staff was polite but it was clear that's what I was doing as I prepaid for a pump 20 feet from the cashier. If all life's challenges could be this insignificant .

I love Kroger gas deals. You save 3 cent off gallon every day and every 100 dollars spent in store you save 10 cent off gallon it adds up I actually got 60 cent off gallon last time. Use those Kroger rewards

They work great didn't wait long but I believe the lady that was working inside the little square thing at the gas station must have been having a bad day she wasn't very nice or helpful when my mother was trying to ask her a couple of questions she just held her hand up pretty rude like pretty much on my mom to host with her hand as she held it up I thought that was very rude

Love the lower gas prices! Keep them lower for more happier customers! 3.76 lowest price around! Still too high though!

I use the fuel center because I have fuel points from purchasing groceries there. Their new chip readers at the gas pumps are a little confusing and seem to have glitchy software. Also the rate at which their pumps operate is very slow compared to other stations. If there are cars at all of the pumps, it takes a lot longer than it should to pump fuel.

Thank you for having Shell Fuel there, however you do not take my shell reward card which is 5 cents a gallon and I have to use my Kroger reward card and get $0.03 a gallon what is Shell Fuel and it's worth it I'd rather get my $0.05 but so be it.

Use your Food City card to drop the price per gallon of your gas. Lower cost than most places around.

Always friendly staff, usually quite busy. I've never had an issue with their fuel, prices are competitive and love that I can get discount for shopping the store.

Easy replace to refill your automobile and get in and out of. Prices are about average for the area. Facilities are clean and well-kept.

My wife pumped to gas I sit in the car I couldn't have better experience. But it's a pay before you buy if you don't have a Kroger card

I don't use my fuel points unless I'm filling up and even though I told the young man, the past 2 times my fuel points were wasted on $10 worth of gas.

Cheaper gas. Even when I haven't shopped there for a while, still get 3 cents per gal off with the Kroger card. Makes their gas cheaper than surrounding stations and can pay at pump or pay attendant.

Have saved as much as $1 off per gallon,however I rate it 4 star,they have cut back on Kroger Brand coupons and started pushing organic brands

I've never had a problem here but I do feel that the employees are stuck up sometimes, and I understand the separation glass, but it's not for me.

Cheap gas save lots with fuel points. Cigarettes Cheap if you buy 2 packs at a time with Kroger plus card
