Ellis is the best garage in Middlesboro hands down. I've used several, and they're the ONLY ones that whatever they fixed didn't mess up again shortly afterwards. They have excellent customer service, fast service, The Lowest price for tires Ive found

We had no issues with them. Just a oil change we were there from out of state. However my sister in-law had her vehicle fixed there. And when she had issues with the vehicle she went back to tell them it's making the same noise in the wheel he didn't say bring it back in and let me check it like most reputable places would!!! Nooo he told her to turn on her radio loud so she couldn't hear it!! What the hell kinda place does that!

I was passing through Middlesboro on my way to South Carolina. The starter motor in my Superformance Cobra failed. I bumped started it and drove to Ellis Auto Sales and Services on the recommendation of the local Autozone shop.Clearly this was an occasion where it would have been easy for the shop to take advantage of my predicament - I was stranded after all! Garland and a fellow customer helped me secure local accommodation. My car was repaired promptly for a very reasonable price, despite my having mis-specified the replacement part, and I was able to continue my journey.To Garland and the team, thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

When I arrived it was packed, but i noticed the guys that work inside the garage were hard at work. I was honestly worried I wouldn't be able to get my valve stem fixed on my tire, because it was also a couple hours from them closing. My worries were put at ease after speaking with the gentleman inside and he was quick to put a young man named Michael to work on my Jeep. It was seriously Blazing hot out, but from watching Michael, I'd never known it...fr. They were very kind to me and kept me informed with what was going on without me ever asking. And it was fixed surprisingly faster than I thought! My tire is now holding air and I am thankful for Ellis Auto Sales & Services! I recommend them for sure!!

Do yourself a favor, and find a tire shop that cares, the 1 employee doesn't care about your personal property, they ruined one my expensive custom wheels, then the employee tried to lie and say it was in there, after being called out, about not using the protective cover he purposely made 1 of my brand new $1300.00 tires out of balance to be vindictive.I'll get the last laugh, when I see them in small claims court for the price of my rim, and reimbursement for having to go to another shop to have my tires balancedI would give them NO stars if possible

I would give zero stars if permitted... We bought an used car,he was out sick for 2 weeks. We couldn't get the title to register it until our temporary tag ran out. We couldn't get an extension on the tag, the old man there was very rude about it and said it wasn't his problem. The oil wasn't changed,they said they did work to the vehicle (which wasn't done)We have used this place regularly for oil changes and tires.I took my wife to him to buy an vehicle. Didn't think we'd ever have these issues from him!A Lesson learned!!!!I paid for this vehicle while it was on one of his racks.Big mistake for trusting.I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing. They have NO respect for their customers.

Whenever I hear of someone needing tires or brake service, I always recommend Ellis Auto Sales in Middlesboro,KY. They give the best deals on tires and service than anywhere else I called for pricing. They also give Veteran's discounts...jjust ask!!! Quality work and very customer friendly!! My whole family has gotten new tires and brake service at great prices!!Located on N. 12th Street, across from Big Lots in Middlesboro, KY.I'll bet you won't find a better deal on tires anywhere else!!!

This is a great place to go for simple and basic stuff they have very nice vehicles I bought a truck from them probably 10 years ago and it is still running great thinking about getting a different car now something cheaper on gas

They've been in business for many years. I used to fill my bicycle tires up with thier air as a kid in the eighties.They are knowledgeable and if they cant do something they wont tell you they can and risk messing something up. However, they usually employ talented mechanics and there's not much that can malfunction an automobile that they arent able to repair providing they have the tools required for the job. I think they focus mostly on tires, brakes, A.C. work and regular maintainence but not limited to those tasks. They also sell some nice vehicles and have a couple lots to choose from.

We have used these guys a few times on our Honda Pilot; they were fast, way cheaper than Honda, and they knew what they were talking about. Today we were picking up groceries at Kroger, and when we tried to pull out, the car wouldn't start: the battery had a broken cable. They came right over to us, helped us get to their garage and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Truly, TRULY wonderful people and knowledgeable.

Great serviceWe ordered our tires on Thursday and he had them there at 2:00 on Friday and put on in about 30 minutes I would highly recommend them

I have no debt, have an income of over 1300/month from disability, own my home AND another vehicle DEBT free, and they asked me for a 2200 down payment supposedly because of a bankruptcy 5 years ago. They weren't exactly motivated to make a sale today and they DIDN'T. I wouldn't buy from them if I had cash for a vehicle.

Came in to visit Cumberland Gap from Cincinnati late last night when the brake line went out on my boyfriend's rust bucket van. We woke up and asked around about mechanics in the area. This was the place the park ranger and the tow guy suggested and I'm glad they did!! They fixed her up and got us on our way. They were honest and price was much better than we expected!! This is what all auto shop's should strive to be! Loved my experience, thanks for saving our weekend guys!!
