If we could give a 0 star I would!! The service dept sucks if you paid for extended warranty don t mess with them. Basically we paid 155.00 they had it a week and did nothing. Just stored it. Would not listen to what was wrong like they didn t believe us. Soon as we got into vehicle the problem was still there in their parking lot. Had to make them come out and still gave us the run around. We just left!!! Will never buy a vehicle from them.

Cumberland Ford was such a nice place. The salesman worked so hard to help me find a nice car that fit my needs and when they didn't, they kept me in mind until they found something worth it. It was such a good deal for my 2017 Dodge Journey. I was upgraded tremendously from a 2013 Kia Rio.

Visited looking for a new car. The one we were interested in was already sold the same day we were there. Good sales people to deal with they took my info and said they would contact me if they came across the same car I was looking for. Would go back and deal with them again

Brought my car in for timing chain and pull to be replaced. Was given a free loaner car. The people there are nice and friendly. I also got a discount coupon on two different things. The loaner car was very nice , brand newThe restroom is nice and clean. You can get a cup of coffee too.

My wife and I had made arrangements with a salesman from Cumberland Ford, John Bingham. Mr. Bingham knew Thursday around lunchtime that we would be driving 4.5 hours to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium on Saturday. At that point, we put a $100 deposit down to have the vehicle held. We drove the 4.5 hours one way and drove the Edge, with a $25,030 cashier's check in my pocket. We loved the car, and the only concern was that the oil was dark and the tires were not safe to go back home. We spoke with John about this, and he said their shop was not open and he would take a look at the records. He looked at the maintenance records and found the last oil change was 2,800 miles ago, and it did not state anything about the rotation of the tires. I asked John if there was any place that I could at least get the tires rotated, and he said no. I went outside and looked at the tires again and determined that there were very near the 3/32 replacement standard set out by the National Highway Safety Office. I express my concern, and John looked at me and said, "You don't have to buy this car, Chris." That's when we decided to leave this dealership. We would have honestly driven this car home if the tires would have made the trip home. The pictures from the website were ancient because the tires did not look that way in the photos. Please do not waste time with this dealership. They are not helpful and only want to get your money and get you out of their sight. Oh, by the way, they kept my $100 deposit.

Absolutely one of the BEST dealerships I've ever been to in my life. Friendly, helpful and great vehicles to choose from. Well worth the drive to Middlesbrough. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

Very poor service department. Perhaps they excel with other issues, but not for transmission codes. I told the receptionist up front that I had seen my car's transmission code and I informed them the general type of code to help their diagnostics. 4 days later, all they would tell me is that the power transfer unit (PTU) and the transmission were both "broke." That's all they would tell me even after inquiring what exactly was broken. I am not oblivious to mechanics and have worked with mechanics many times. I drove the car there just fine (again, all that was wrong was a code and an occasional stick in 1 gear) and they wanted to replace my entire transmission, and ptu.(Quoted at about $4,500).It was a tenth of the price at Sam's Transmissions to get my input turbine speed sensor replaced, (which by the way, had a code in the history that Jimmy at Sam's looked up easily.)This place will try to convince you to replace parts that work just fine.(UPDATE) - 1 year later, I have driven my same car to Atlanta and back, all over Knoxville, and up our hill many times in the past year, it is still driving just fine.

Huge thank you to the Cumberland ford team. We were visiting Norris lake for a week vacation when I got a low tire light around closing time. Instead of them tuning away because no service department members were there, the salesman were gracious enough to take care of me! Customer service at its finest here!!!

The service department is a joke. I took my 2012 focus in in July because the trans was shuttering they said it was fine. Now it's December and it goes out.I got the 3 year 36000 that they know nothing about. I did manage to get towed but I can't get a rental car so I'm screwed.

I bought my Ford F-150 from a different dealership down the road from Cumberland Ford. Even though I bought it from a different dealership Cumberland ford was more then happy to service my vehicle. The salesmen were pleasant and service department staff were great. They did a complete inspection including the work I requested. This dealership is great as are the people. I will be back.

This dealership charged my elderly mother on social security a new MSRP vehicle price for a used 30k mile Ford Focus. When I called to ask express my dissapointment after the fact, the sales manager was unconcerned and blamed an outside agency for it even though he clearly stated the dealership is responsible for contracts made during the "sales" event. It seemed that in his mind, as long as someone went over the numbers with her, it was perfectly acceptable to charge her thousands of dollars more than the car is worth. It's her problem that she didn't know they were grossly overcharging. Unfortunately, she trusted that they would be fair. If I were you, I'd steer clear.

Service department is horrible. I brought in my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium for irregular tire wear, a pop and shake from the front end, and a microsoft sync issue. I left it at the shop for a day, a complete day, and they did not get around to looking at it when they said they would. The next day they looked at it and said "we could not get the issues to replicate themselves". Okay that is understandable, but when i got into my car the seat was not adjusted, I am 6'1", the station was the same with the volume still pretty loud (that would make hearing the issues difficult). So what I am saying is they didn't even look and lied to me. I called around 4:45 pm and asked to speak to the service manager, I talked to him briefly telling him about the issue and that I would be there in about 15 minutes to discuss. He said he would be there. I arrived at 5:03, 3 minutes after they closed.. 3 MINUTES. I was not so politely informed that he had left for the day. Are you kidding me?!I walked out, after a salesmen had approached me to trade in my vehicle for another "more upgraded and newer" model. Maybe I missed it driving in, but there was not another Titanium on the lot.I left Cumberland Ford Motors extremely upset, and with reason. I called Morristown Ford, their service dept was closed but their service manager and office staff were still there and able to schedule me to come in the next day. The Vehicle was out of alignment, sway bar link bushing was worn out before warranty, Microsoft Sync needed an update, and the tires were replaced in the same day, under 3 hours. Thank you Morristown Ford, and I sincerely hope that Cumberland Ford goes out of business or finds new ownership.

Always friendly and polite ready to talk and help you with finding the vehicle you want. Ask for John Conley Bingham. He will get you a great deal on a new or certified used vehicle.

I don't think that a Ford Dealership should charge for putting a spare tire on the Mount under the vehicle when you make sure that you go back to them for maintenance and repair just bad business. My mother has spent hundreds on maintaining the vehicle there but no more.

My wife and I were down there and we were planning on purchasing two vehicles, but instead we were treated as if we were just wasting there time we wanted to test drive a vehicle but we waited on a salesman but no one would help they wouldn't even unlock the doors so we could see the inside of the suv I guess they were doing so well they didn't need the 100,000 dollar sale I'll never do business with them again and the BBB will be receiving a call from me tomorrow
