My wife and I bought a battery at your store yesterday. We received excellent service from Travis. He used the VIN number of our vehicle to identify the correct battery and installed it for us. It was very difficult to remove the old battery because of extensive corrosion around the battery post. Travis worked at it for some time, the whole while showing great courtesy towards us. He never lost patience or showed any frustration with the situation. We very much appreciate Travis's courtesy and professionalism. I always go to Auto Zone. No matter how many times I call around they have the best prices on warranteed parts. Even when they don't have what I need they make sure it's there waiting for me by the next morning. Plus, everyone is so nice!

Really good staff! Kevin tested my battery and I ended up getting a new one and he installed it for me right there in the parking lot. Super nice!

Had an issue with my check engine light today, the two gentlemen working (I didn't catch their names (my fault)) were generous enough to check the code my car was throwing. We go back in and they print off this detailed sheet telling me what was wrong with the car along side their very detailed, yet understandable explanation. Was quoted a $1400 fix at another shop but AutoZone employees went into deeper detail, saving me a whole lot of money. ($1400 Catalytic Converter VS. $50 (TOTAL) plugs). Thank you, gentlemen!

Extremely caring and helpful staff. I love this store and the people that work there, they always go above and beyond expectations and I couldn t be more grateful for what they give the community. Lance especially, he s a great person and very kind it s because of him and his store I will only ever shop at autozone. He takes pride in his job and models that for his employees. If you are ever in a bind or need help with something give this store a call or come in they will do whatever they can

I Bought a bulb for a 2013 Kia Optima. The bulb blew after a week of usage. I had lost my receipt for the bulb but I went to my local AutoZone in Middlesboro KY. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a solution to resolve my problem. Even though the staff was busy and could have helped others behind me they took their time and made me feel like I was the only one in the store. Lance the store manager came out and assisted me after the awesome csr went as far as he could to help me. Lance made a decision to help me even though I had lost my receipt. This is why I do business at AutoZone in Middlesboro.

Awesome customer service. The manager was going to lunch and brought me parts to the side of the road. I was broke down in Pineville and he took time out of his day to come bring them to me after I paid for them over the phone.

This place should be called "Your Step Dad's Pad" because they've helped me find the right part at the right price and find problems before they became too big to manage! Very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful!!! I highly recommend!

These guys are a bunch of crooks. I have had 2 experiences where I had asked a question, and these guys have tried to scam me into buying much more than I needed. Yesterday, I went in to check the voltage on a battery. They told me that there was a bad cell and such and that he could sell me a knew battery - I just went in to check the status of the battery. Went down to O'reilly - and the battery is fine, and no bad cells. I am pretty sure he didn't even check the voltage.Go somewhere else if you are looking for advice.

I like Auto ZoneThe guy behind the counter was especially nice.The only thing was no 1 offered to help me with the problem I had ..I needed to change the bulb in the center console & I can not for the life of me get it open so I guess I'll go back & see if they can help.Am I wrong or am I thinking of another parts dealer that will come & help?

Staff was very helpful and there's always a few employees at the counter unlike other auto place stores where you can't find anyone. Lifetime warranties are easily exchanged plus you can join the rewards program here and save money over time.

I use this parts store everytime I need something for the car, but I gave 4 stars bc some of the workers aren't so friendly and kind of rude. The parts are great though, so they serve their purpose!

The employees are very helpful. If you need something that isn't in stock you could go to the store in the morning hours and order it and they will ship it from a warehouse later that day. It is very convenient to have the part you need that day.

Helpful and always willing to help you find the right part for your vehicle employees. Sometimes if the job is real small like changing a windshield wiper they can do it for you. Best place I have been.

Paid 139$ for a remanufactured alternator, just to find out a couple days later i could have gotten a NEW one for 69$ elsewhere. This place is very bad for price gouging. If possible, always check online retailers for parts. Can really be worth the effort sometimes.

I had bought a new top post battery for my Ford Ranger, two weeks later I totalled my Ranger but didn't hurt the battery. I bought a Tahoe that had a side post battery but the battery was just about on its last leg. I took the top post battery back in to see if I could get a refund for it, not only did they give me my money back, they gave me a brand new $130 battery for free. I'm 49 years old and I've never been treated as good, by anyone as the people at Autozone in Middlesboro, Kentucky treated me. I highly recommend Autozone to any and everyone reading this rating. Absolutely the best people anywhere to deal with.

Most are learned in their trade. They will try to help you anyway they can. They will even test,check,and advise you on what you need for your vehicle. Some small parts will be installed by them if you ask them to. ( wipers,batteries,and possibly even fuses

We are traveling and awoke to find we had a dead battery. Got a jumpstart and went to Auto zone. They tested the battery, found it had a dead cell. Installed a new battery and got us on our way in less than an hour. Battery has a 5 year warranty. All that and only 15 bucks more than me buying a battery at Walmart and ha ong to install it.

Most of the people that work at Autozone are very knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need. They are very polite, communicate well, and make sure that you have everything needed to complete your project easily and properly.

Saturday at 4 P.M. and only two apparent counter people. They were both professional and effective. Too many floor and phone customers for available staff.
