Needed a rear subframe for my 2013 Sorento. They pulled it, cleaned it and painted it before selling to me. The subframe was in great shape! Extremely pleased with my experience!

Great place, I read some of the views on here, and my outcome was totally different. Very nice and respectful staff, especially Nick and the lady that works by those awesome looking gas pumps in the lobby. Sorry I didn't get your name! But I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Got exactly what I needed with a great price. I called many shops for a quote, and this was the perfect business to choose from. I will definitely put the word out for people to come here.. Again, thank you for putting me back on the road. 9/25/23

I needed an engine for my daughters car and Nick hooked me up with a good price and provided excellent customer service. There was some damage on the initial engine upon arrival and he got me a replacement. I also worked with Fran for core pickup and both were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Nick was am absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to my concern attentively, said he would call me back promptly and he did just that. Not only did he cll me back, he went above and beyond and was very reasonable with his pricing. I received the shipped part very quickly. was super impressed and had a great experience. thank you for your time and professionalism

I called to ask about the part I needed in advance, they said it was in good shape. the hood in question had a scratch across the top, numerous rock chips, faded clear coat and rust under the front lip. Their helper guy said "I dont know what your talking about" when I pointed this out. The sales people said they could negotiate price but i decided the part was in too bad of shape. Huge waste of time. They were far from honest.

Not very happy with this place. I was quoted one price when I called about a certain part. Was told they had it and would contact me back with the condition of it since it was an interior part. Headrest to be more exact. When I didn't hear back, I contacted them again and was told they really didn't want to separate it but would if I paid double the original price. Pretty poor way of doing business if you ask me. I also own a business and if I made a mistake on a price, which I have before, I still honored that price. It's called customer service. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Prices are expensive and location is in the boonies so not the Safest trip out to get to them. I d rather pay more for a part closer to the city than save a buck on a used(likely messed up) piece.

The lady that is supposed to be customer service I assume apparently hates her job and or her life. I ve had amazing experiences with this company before today. Maybe she was having a bad day, if so i hope it gets better.
