Got the job done in 4 hours. 4 new tires shouldn t take that long. Also the dude didn t know how to read the odometer in my car. All of the men kept flirting with each other which was inappropriate. Wack.

The workers here are incompetent. My mother came in for her brake lights to be replaced. They said that the back panel at the top had to come off in order to replace them. Clearly those three need to go back to school and be educated in their job if this is how they do things. We found a way to change them ourselves and it was no where near the back panel.

Today marks the second time I have had horrible service at this place. Twice I have been turned away after being told it's too busy even though there were clearly no cars in line or on the lot. I got to the store today at 9:00 am, only to be told they weren't selling tires today. I fully believe it it because I'm visibly queer and they were too lazy to do their jobs. The one time I did get service at this establishment it took them 45 minutes to do the job it took the Paris Walmart under 15 to do.

Will give better rating once my damages are fixed. Took my suv in to get some new headlight bulbs replaced. After getting a little piece down the road I noticed it wasn't running right and seen that my check engine light was on. So we went back to walmart popped my hood and a sensor was unhooked along with the air filter. The plastic molding that is under the hood that lays on the headlight assemblies was broke in half and was placed back down hoping we didn't notice and also broken missing clips on it. I walked around my suv and seen something on the bumper and it was deep cuts on the side of it so then I decided to look on around it and when I did the middle piece of my grill and bumper was also busted and my passenger tire wheel had deep cuts in it to. DJ saw all of this and told me to get an estimate which I did it was almost 1900 dollars in damage. He promises me that it will get fixed but after reading these other reviews I'm not sure but I'm going to stay positive and believe his word for now.

I came in today at 315 for a simple oil change. Right now it s 5:49 and they still have not started on my vehicle. This is preposterous !!!!!

I asked them to put my spare back where it belongs as it s awkward and I got my arm all bruised up when I had to get it out. I was assured they would, the last place that did my tires did it no problem. When I got back to the car after they were done they had not put it back so I asked them and they said they couldn t get it to fit. Don t worry boys, I sat in the parking lot for 10 mins and did it myself. A few more bruises, but oh well.Service: Tires

I am happy with the service they provided on my vehicle. I am not happy with the wait and the fact that my vehicle was finished and I was still in the waiting room. No one notified me, and I had to go to the counter and inquire. Also, it seems many employees were standing around and talking- I do not see it possible that they were all on break at the same time. Customer service at this location can be improved.

Called about a wait time for an oil change, they told me about an hour and a half. Which normally I go to the Morehead , KY location and the wait time there is always so long it s sickening. So an hour and a half was nothing. I get there.. they get my car right in. Oil change and tire rotation took around 35 minutes. Employees were very polite and nice. Love the fact they took the time to cover my seats and floor with plastic and paper which Morehead never does. Will definitely drive the extra 15 minutes to get my car serviced in Maysville from now on.

My husband and I went to Walmart Tire and Lube Center in Maysville, KY a few weeks ago to get some tires put on our truck. When we arrived we saw 4 of the workers standing around talking and one worker actually working on the cars. One worker came over to us and told us it would be a 3-4 hour long wait.Today we called Maysville Tire and Lube Center at Walmart before we left the house and were told it would be a 1 1/2 long wait. We waiting around at the house for an hour then headed to Walmart. We went to buy one tire and have them put it on the rim for us (we didn t even need them to put the tire on the car for us). Same exact thing happened. There were 4 workers standing around talking and one worker actually working. It took several minutes for anyone to come and wait on us. When one guy finally did, it we were told it would be a really, really, really long time before they could get to us. My husband asked how long that was and we were told it would be about 3-4 hours again. We left and are going to another Walmart in another county.We will never be back to Maysville Walmart Tire and Lube Center again. Do not recommend to anyone.

Takes too long. Female employee Jaime has no customer service abilities. She is rude and has bad attitude toward doing her job. Always longest wait. Sat in waiting room for a hour after my car was done. I was not called, announced, or told until I asked. Then, lied to that it was announced.

We bought a tire and waited for it to be put on. When they was done we walked to the car to see they changed the WRONG TIRE!!!!!! It needed change but it could have waited. Soooo we bought another tire for the side they was supposed to do the first time and they didn t even give us a discount. I think with having to waiting as long as we did and with it being there mistake we should have got some sort of discount.

The gentleman that greeted me and took my information was polite and helpful, and so was the gentleman at the cash register. The female employee was impatient and rude. Requested a specific tire and was told it was available, but a different tire was used that was more expensive.

It was a joke! Arrived at 9:15 not checked in until 9:44. Finished at 11:23 just for an oil change! Said they checked 23 items that they did not check because I was watching. Most unprofessional service garage ever! Only thing that moves slower are sloth. Dosen't even deserve 1 star

(3rd horrible experience)Always looking for an excuse to not help you and to waste time. In all my years on this earth, I have never met a more undisciplined group of people that take absolutely no pride in any of the work they do..... if they do any work at all. In America it s three strikes and you re out. I will never return my business to this auto care center again and suggest you do the same.

Subpar service and they will find any way possible to not honor the warranty they sell you on the tires. Go anywhere else and you will be happy.

Replaced 2 tire told them to put two new valve stem in they broke a tpms sensor and only replaced one valve stem.

Walmart saved my engine after jiffy lube didn't put my oil filter on right. They even flushed it out for me where I had to put the wrong oil in there just to make it to walmart.. it was gas station oil so I got what I could

The employees took over THREE HOURS to change the oil in our car. We watched from the customer lounge as the employees stood and talked to each instead of working on vehicles. They could not provide adequate updates.

2 hours later from the time they pulled my truck into the bay to change the oil and I'm still here. Half of the staff are doing nothing and one guy is trying to do everything. It's sad. I'll never come back.

Very poorly managed facility. Took 3 and a half hours to get two tires changed. Went home and found on my dash cam they did "doughnuts" in my care and even tried turning my cam off. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Took my wife's car to Walmart in Maysville Kentucky to get the oil changed! A couple days later I looked under the hood and the old oil filter is still on the car! If this is how they operate sham on them! I think I will go elsewhere from now on!

Havent been in a while but seeing all the new reviews of this spot and given my only 2 experiences with this place myself I decided to take my business elsewhere.
