Been a customer a little over 5 years. Have always had positive feedback and have referred many to this establishment and for that I will give 3 stars. However, the work I had done a week ago left me with sloppy welds and many exhaust leaks Some which were so pronounced it has been messing with the fuel trims in my car causing it to run poorly / stall. After coming to a final diagnosis of the all of a sudden performance issues with my tuner / builder, I called Pro Muffler to explain how I spotted heavy leaks and were detailed of their where abouts and have picture / video proof and mentioned my car is not running properly hoping I would be told to bring it back let s make it right. I got a very lack luster response which gave me the hint that he did not care and I was even told I figured it would leak From there, I took the car to a reputable shop and the botched weld jobs and hacking of my pipes were irreversible leading to me having to bite the bullet and purchase a very expensive cat-back system. For that reason, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.Service: Exhaust

Chris is a super nice man that is very knowledgeable and efficient with his tools procedures. Fast effective work on exhaust systems, very reasonable and will do what you want. I'm impressed and highly recommend him and his work. You won't be sorry when you go Pro Muffler.

Being a very picky guy who works on on my ride. Pro Muffler was given the chance so been here a few times when my exhaust was getting sluggish. The owner looked over my ride from front to back. Found a small issue scheduled for another appointment for a fix (Needed parts)Replaced some O2 sensors, adjusted alignments on brackets and never had a problem sense. Only issue is he stays extremely busy but when a place stays busy you know they are doing a hell of a job on peoples rides.Very social as well so you do not get bored at his shop while you wait to get your exhaust fixed.I definitely highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

Chris is great, I had him fix some exhaust work that was done on my CTS-V wagon improperly and he piped my exhaust properly. I was so impressed with his work and I had him work on my SRX as well. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is great. My go to for any exhaust work needed from now on!

The owner is awesome. I pulled up he opened the garage door motioned me in got the car in the garage and he got right to work. I will absolutely be recommending anyone I know. An the bonus is very reasonable priced.
