Changed mechanics, as former people were getting pricier and less attentive to detail. Took advantage of your $34.95 full synthetic oil and filter special. Diagnostics revealed a faulty ac compressor. They hooked me up to afternarket warranty company that covers my gently used Lexus. I am so happy that I am beside myself!!! And the owners are also going to search for an apartment for me and the beagle in either Maysville or Augusta.

After divorcing after 35 years and not having a husband to take care of my vehicles, I was understandably concerned about who would take care of any mechanical issues I encountered. I couldn t be luckier or happier that I have Maysville Auto Repair to take care of my vehicles now. They are trustworthy and get me in quick and get my vehicle back to me quick. Better than a husband!

The last time I had a vehicle taken to a mechanic for brakes & wheel bearing type noise (All American Auto), they said that the work was too extensive and costly for the vehicle. $150 for an inspection and to be turned away, I felt defeated! Fast forward a couple years & a different vehicle, same noise starts happening. After a couple months of driving with it and avoiding taking the vehicle to a mechanic I took my chances after receiving a flyer in the mail. Quick service, friendly and cooperative staff, reasonable pricing, great communication. Really enjoyed the comfortable waiting area!! Bonus points for the shop dog . The new owners & staff have done a great job rebuilding this auto shop in to an inviting space with great service!

I had a wonderful experience, the customer service was wonderful, very friendly. And their sweet dog Crew keep me company while they changed my oil. Will definitely go back

Amazing customer service, We lost our powersteering while on vacation. They got us in fast and back on the road. Love the mini horse of a dog they had, such a great place.

Great place! Fair pricing and honest about what is necessary and what can wait. If you live close enough to the shop, they usually will offer a ride home while your vehicle is worked on. They offer to pick up and drop off vehicles as well.

Not a good experience for me. Seems like no quality control.lots of bolts not installed back after repair fender wells just faning in the wind vacuum canister bolts broken off not replaced ttwisted off. Did return it for them to fix..I also wonder about The quality of. Their wiring harness

The waiting area is very nice and accommodating! I had my 3 y/o with me and the time passed by quickly due to the fact they had a ton of toys for him to play with and occupy him. They also provide drinks and snacks for your wait. The staff is very friendly and professional as well. Overall great experience.

I m a repeat customer for my diesel trucks. They seem to be fair and honest diagnosing the issues. I ve never felt like they weren t fair with me. I d recommend to any family or friends!

You can tell these folks take pride in what they do from the service that you get and that's what keeps me coming back. Their knowledge in the field is phenomenal and they have never let me down! If you see Crew throw him a bone.

My first experience with Maysville Auto repair was Awesome, I just got an oil change this time, the staff are super nice and the waiting room is cozy. I will be back when my Jeep needs other repairs...

Will definitely be back everyone there was very friendly and courteous! They actually told me some issues that were wrong with my car unlike any other places I've been. Would recommend them to anyone to get their vehicle maintenance done here. Great job!!

Highly recommend. Had my vehicle serviced before I went on vacation. Techs are amazing, and this shop will not rip you off. They are very knowledgeable and informative. Office and waiting area are clean and comfortable with nice refreshments. A trustworthy and hassle-free place to take your vehicle.

They do amazing work and we had a small issue after work was done and they took care of it with no hassle or questions. Very friendly and super knowledgeable mechanics and staff. And very reasonable on price. They did the job for half the price of the ford dealer and same high quality work!
