Great store they have any kind of tool you would need and a fair price same warranty lifetime for 1/3 of the price, and great quality tools out of all the tools I have from them I broke a ratchet head in a breaker bar and they made it right, it took a regular breaker bar a 6 foot pipe and 2 of us to get it lose no wonder the ratchet broke.It s been a while since my last review, I ve have gotten more tools, more pictures more of the 100% satisfaction, great quality tools like always, they had a electric pole saw on sell for around 69.00 that I have bought. I put the chain on it bar oil and tried it out, it s awesome cutting machine expect a video soon, the cashier in the latest photo Mr Stephenson I believe is his name took extra above and beyond care helped me find everything I needed Thank You very much

There's no denying , I'm rather frugal. With that said, I love the exceptional prices of moderately quality tools that Harbor Freight provides. As long as a person has appropriate expectations relative to quality, comparing to cost, you can find what you need at Harbor Freight.

No problems found what I wanted ok. But when my wife came in way before Christmas the guy that helped her didn't know his products. She bought a small air compressor for me and the guy told her any needed accessories were already in the box, except for a hose. He was right about the hose but not the other accessories. That was what I bought today.

Best place ever to buy tools same quality and warranty but pennies on the dollar I had a bunch stolen and that s the only way you half to replace them, I still haven t got them all but I will it will take a couple years for me to get back what I had. If I had a credit card I could buy 1 to 2 thousand and make payments it would help me a lot

Unwelcoming and passive aggressive staff. I get it, you want to get home but the pettiness of closing the restrooms, talking loudly about closing, and multiple speaker announcements a full HOUR before closing is a bit theatrical.

By far the best Harbor Freight in my area. Store is always clean and well organized. Checkout wait time is much, much better than their big city stores! Worth the extra drive time!

I'm never going back. When I say no to giving out my phone number I expect to be respected and rung out..not called rude and whined to repeatedly. Among other complaints about my experience..the cashiers should have better hygiene and cover up open sores and cuts all over their arms. Gross!!

I had to stop shopping and leave. The restrooms were not open to the public. Many people have medical issues the require frequent restroom stops. So sad I couldn't get what i need because of no restroom access.

Need to train employees. Stood in line for 21 minutes with only 2 customers in front of me. Cashier was barely capable of performing her job and was unable to read her own computer screen and tried to tell me an item was out of stock when I could clearly see on screen "Units on Hand: 37" on her screen.

I always told my Seabees if you want to do construction start out with harbor freight they always have what you 99%of the time at a cheap price. Then as you make more money just start replacing those items with the brands you want. If you are a DIY kind of person doing jobs around the house great stuff at bargain prices. Chicago tools was once a great company soooo give it a shot.

Many times only one register is open with other employees standing around, I've been a customer from another city with more than one store for years and have never experienced this.

I like it they have alot of tools at a good price but they ain't got alot of name brand stuff at this one but everytime I go in they get more and more

Sometimes when you go into Harbor Freight for something that's on sale and their paper you get there the day it goes on sale and they don't have any this doesn't make sense to me other than that people or helpful the store is clean and very organized

Well stocked store, staff is super friendly and even though a steady stream of customers checkout was efficient keeping the line moving.
