Problems: Moldy tub, spiders, floors not swept, found Boxer briefs, pool closedGood things about hotel: Friendly staff, comfy beds, good breakfastOriginally we stayed a week ago and I was going to leave a 3 star review but after stay last night we definitely won't come back. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was great and beds are comfortable; however, the room we stayed in was terrible. When we arrived we noticed what looked to be dog food on corner which I brought up and just thought was honest cleaning mistake. But the next morning noticed a lot more! First thing killed 2 spiders (which I understand may be normal but creepy), but also the rest of the floor did not look like was swept and found boxers between sink and wall and moldy tub.

This HI could use an update. The bathroom had moldy grout and moldy spots on the wallpaper. The room had a smell. I don t know if it was them trying to cover up smoke or the heater/ac unit, but my roommate was a little overwhelmed as well. The pool is closed with no projected opening date. The staff was nice, but they knocked on our door and woke us up at 6:30 our time after a late arrival. They said someone had turned in keys in a key envelope with our room number on it. Not us, they must re-used one? They were nice folks, but not the most satisfying nights sleep.

The hotel has paid lots of attention to details: The room was designed effectively so we felt we had not only plenty of room, but also everything we needed was at had. Loved the liquid shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer in refillable bottles... Linens and towels and room in general were clean... Loved our view to the evergreen trees from our window... Staff was corteous and helpful... Location was very convenient (because we had a car) with the Kroger's supermarket in the same plaza, and restaurant choices within driving distance...Car stayed safe in hotel grounds. Breakfast was very good with plenty of warm choices and fresh fruit. Room stayed plenty warm in the cold winter, and despite the hotel being full of teenage basketball players, things stayed civil and under control, even at breakfast! We did use the business center and staff was very helpful here too. Pool was closed for renovation, and we did not use the fitness center. The only reason we're giving 3 stars is the quality of the mattress... It really needs to be replaced. We forgotten what spring mattresses felt like! The mattress was too soft for our backs. We ended up switching to the feet side of the mattress and that seemed to help, but just a little. Otherwise, we would give this hotel a 5 star rating. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great place to stop along Highway 9. Pet friendly and good pricing. Breakfast was good, one of the better continental breakfasts we had on our trip. Staff is very friendly. No complaints. Would recommend.Safety: Had moving truck, trailer, and van full of very visible items and no issues. Was safe for us.

Very friendly staff, room was nice and holy cow the breakfast in the morning someone knows how to cook scrambled eggs just perfectly, the entire family raved about the eggs being so good lol. Would highly recommend especially if you like eggs :pRooms: Room had private fridge and microwave. Soft comfy bedding and a tv.

Ac/heater In my room didn't work. Was kept up by loud people next door that didn't come in till 10am and were screaming and running around their room. Called front desk twice and nothing changed. Then second night was people slamming doors all night.Fitness center doesn't open until 6 am. Which I'd very inconvenient for anyone who has to work that day.Breakfast was average to below average quality.Ended up switching hotels to an hour away. Will not be staying here again.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included.Only an hour away from Cincinnati and great for any getaway.Fridge and micro in room and Kroger in the same plaza. It's also next to one of the few Tumbleweeds restaurants in NKY.Staff is always friendly and helpful.Rooms: Several options, if I go I book the room with the whirlpool.Nearby activities: Old Pough Distillery, Baker-Bird Winery (Augusta), Historic Georgetown, Downtown Maysville, antique shops, museums and more.Walkability: Within walking distance of Kroger, Tumbleweeds, Taco Bell, Friche's and Chipotle.Noteworthy details: For a nice dinner make reservations at Capronis on the river.

The location was right. Staff nice. Room...? ... okay ?? .. Killing small lady bug (brown) on ceiling and walls. Think coming in from AC. Do something with the sheets. Top corners keep coming off as you sleep. Either wrong size or shrunk. They don't stay over the corners. Get those straps or something. And ... and clean the rooms!! There was old coffee spillage or splatter all over the wall near desk and refrigerator. Some (not a ton) mold in shower area. Just looks like some of these rooms need some upgrade or better upkeep. I am diamond and travel to alot of Hamptons and h garden's. Disappointing.

This hotel seemed either relatively new or newly remodeled. Everything was clean and in good condition. The clerk was friendly and professional. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The mini-fridge is one of the oversized ones, which is convenient for those staying longer than a quick overnight stop. The shower was a nice walk-in. This was one of the nicer hotels we stayed in on our 18-day road trip, and was also one of the least expensive.

Our stay was pleasant. There was plenty of breakfast options. The room was clean but was a bit dated. The pool was fun for the kids but on the smaller side. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that I requested House Keeping during our stay and they did not come. We only stayed a couple days so I didn't ask again. Overall it was nice and I would stay again.

Our first room smelled heavily like cigarette smoke and the toilet was broken. The desk clerk was great about switching us to another room but when we got into that room it smelled like an ashtray. We bought room spray and it just won t go away. Our hotel was within walking distance to a ton of places.Nearby activities: Several restaurants, large grocery store, sporting goods and clothing stores.

Have stayed at this Hampton Inn hundreds of times over the years since the day it first opened. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Easy walking distance access to many restaurants and shopping needs nearby. On my last stay, the following staff members were particularly nice to me: Pam-Day Shift Manager, Susan-Evening Shift Manager, and Angela-Night Shift Manager. Excellent Breakfast and a Great Housekeeping staff. Nice place to stay.

The staff here is awesome. Very nice and accommodating to the guest. The motel has an indoor pool that is warm enough to get right in but not to warm to stay in for a while. The rooms were very clean and cooled just right. The bathrooms were spacious a d stocked with all the towels that you need. They didn't skimp on towels and cloth. We particularly liked the soaps and shampoos that gather provided. This motel had nice pillows that had some consistency to them. Not like some motels pillows that just sort of go away when you lay on them. The best breakfast that we've had at an Inn was here. Waffles, eggs, maple sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc, etc......on and on.
