The staff at Purchase Ford are a true pleasure to deal with. We found them on the internet, they had the vehicle we were looking for, called them and made a deal over the phone. Drove 4.5 hours, upon arrival the vehicle was clean and ready for delivery. After test driving the vehicle the rest was low pressure and easy process.

Purchase Lincoln kept me informed throughout the time they were working on my car. Loaner was provided. Work was done on time. Complimentary car wash provided when done and their quote for the work performed was just as they said it would be. Very courteous and very professional. This dealership service department from the service advisor (Patrick) to the service manager (Wendell) to the cashier (Abbie) is absolutely "First Class". I don't know the mechanics name who worked on my vehicle, but I do know he is a professional as well. Keep up the great work team!!!

I had intended to trade out a newer set of tires that were on my trade in with another car in my "fleet" prior to trading it in. I stopped by the dealership because I was in the area. I told them I had some things to get done to the trade before I was ready. When I told them, they actually helped facilitate with their service department to do that. I traded on the spot and they followed through the next day. Excellent Customer service. Would not have happened without it!!

I took my vehicle here a couple of months ago to get the brakes checked. They advised me that I needed front brakes so I let them do the job. They didn't have the pins that went in them and told us that it would be a week or so that they would get them. They told us it would be fine to drive without them but that they would put them in once they got them. About 10 days later the brakes started to squeal so we called and they told us to bring it in the next day. We did and they said that they didn't hear anything and advised us that they did put the pins in. About one week ago the brakes started squealing again just like before but a few days later they really started to squeal very badly. So we called them and they told us they couldn't do anything until 10/16/2023 but because it's our work car we had to get them looked at earlier so we took it to another very reputable company and they informed us that the pins were missing, the pads were worn and the rotors were ruinedI did see the old parts and they were being honest. I can't believe or understand it that a Ford dealership would do this. We had paid alot to them for nothing. I did call them today and the lady said she don't believe they did this. I have better things to do with my time then to write this long review just to lie. I have the old parts they took off that Purchase Ford put on. I have never in my life got taken like this. I trusted them and more so because it was a Ford dealership!! I will be contacting the BBB!! Also beware of them and their nice talk because that is all it is!!

Worst car buying experience of my life! Staff is unprepared to sell as they all seem very confused as to why they are even there. And then to top it off got my car Friday night and it is already back being repaired on Wednesday morning. Please do yourself a favor and find a car somewhere else!

We were in need of a second vehicle and knew we wanted either a small pickup or an SUV similar in size to the X3 I previously drove. My brother, who works at Progress Ford, suggested the Maverick, which I admit I did not know about. Although it was a few thousand more than I had wanted to spend, I am SO glad that 1) he recommended the Maverick and 2) recommended the hybrid. The sales process was so easy, even though we live in Florida and Progress Ford is in Kentucky. All paperwork was electronic. I went a test drove a hybrid here in Orlando and was SOLD by the comfort, look, hybrid engine. The vehicle was shipped to us (the internet has completely changed car sales: whereas 20 years ago a dealership sold to customers within a 100 mile radius, now they sell nationwide!) and we received it ready to go. I. Could. Not. Be. More. Amazed by my Maverick! I ve never owned Ford, always thought they were stodgy (frame of reference here is the 70s, 80s, 90s ). This truck is NOTHING like that! Technologically advanced, small functioning hybrid, it s a joy to drive and operate. And let me tell you, HYBRID is the way to go!! My first tank of gas (13.5 gal tank) lasted me 5 weeks and 550 miles! I had wanted to be ecologically friendly and this vehicle fits the bill to a T ! I averaged 48 mpg. I cannot say enough about the Maverick and Progress Ford! Thank you to my brother Steve, his support staff and to Ford itself for making such a great small truck!!!

This service department is awesome! Took my 14 mustang there without a appointment after 3 other shops either couldnt or didnt have the time to fix it. It took 3 hours but very grateful since no one else was helpful and im going out of town in 2 days . Super nice people! Will certainly go back

Normally visits for oil change are really great. The recent experience of installing a new set of tires unfortunately was not as great as the other visits. I was there almost four hours. The tires were about $10-$11 dollars apiece more than what we'd discussed (didn't pay attention till I looked at the invoice at home). Just wasn't a good experience this time

I only had this vehicle 8 months paid alot of money and had nothing but problems after problems not what they said at all I got the oil change when I got home the filter was crumbling when the macanic took it out none of the air filters or cabin filter had not been changed no severice had not been performed all lies so I do not recommend

Thank you for the amazing and professional service to everyone at Purchase Ford, including Eddie in finance. I'm so busy, it was a delight to tell Ellie what I wanted, and between her and the rest of the crew it hardly took any more of my time. I'll be back for my next vehicle as well!

Shopped 150 mile area for new Explorrer ST. This dealer was closest one with exactly what I needed. I had quotes on my trade in vehicles from several dealers and Purchase Ford gave me almost 4000 more for my trade in vehicles. This made the difference between buying here. Ellen, internet sales rep, was absolutely first class in getting things in order and Wayne Murray went over the plethora of features on the ST. This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle, and I have bought plenty in 74 years, that I felt that I had say so in making a deal. Mr. Taylor, hope I'm right on name, worked to get lower interest rate and did the actual transfer. Can't say enough about this wonderful Ford dealership here in my area. Thank you for all the work put into this deal

We were traveling home to Wisconsin from Tennessee when our car engine came on near Ford in Mayfield, KY. We pulled in and asked for help and found out our radiator was done. Sales team 5 starsService department 0 starsI bought my truck 1 year ago. I've had multiple problems with my truck since picking it up. I've contacted Purchase Fords service department multiple times about getting stuff fixed. They never return calls. You have to call them 100 times to try to get anything done. I've been waiting for parts to fix a factory recall since June. I took my truck in to get this fixed in July. I spent the whole day there and the put scratched parts on my truck. They told me they would get me new parts. That was 5 months ago. If you're looking for service after the sale dont buy from them

Chris was great. We live 3 hours away, he was honest about everything & when they delivered the vehicle that had AC issues he promptly fixed it at no cost to us AND replaced the spark plugs at no charge. Could not say enough about ease of purchase, honesty, & service Chris & his team provided.

Great place! Worked on my mustang and finished it in half the time they told me.I spoke with a gentleman named TreyBaucom who is a salesperson. Even tho I wasn't really interested in buying a vehicle today, he took his time to let me test drive in a dream car. He also answered my questions about electric cars. He was very knowledgeable and didn't sound like he was reading it.Thank you Trey! My appointment was mistakenly not on the books and instead of turning me away they took my vehicle straight back and serviced it. I was in and out within half an hour. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Extremely impressed with the customer service.

We bought a new to us used truck from Purchase Ford. My husband noticed some noise in the engine and we asked them to fix it. They had the truck for 8 days and thankfully we were able to use the truck to drive 1100 miles out of state for our vacation.Shortly after arriving the truck blew its transmission.Here we were 1100 miles away from home with no vehicle to visit family and friends with.Purchase Ford was awesome! They got us in a rental car and we had the truck towed to a garage. The truck was finished right on time to leave and made the 1100 miles back home with zero issues and zero money out of pocket.We will definitely buy from them again!Thank you!

Service was timely and everything fixed. Staff was friendly and courteous with good communication. Much better than the other Ford dealership I previously took my Explorer to. Will continue using Purchase Ford in Mayfield . Happy with service.

I was working an active deal on a vehicle today. Agreed to a purchase price that THEY also agreed to. Was set to pick up the car this afternoon and suddenly the car sold. Prior to this the salesman told me a person was interested in the car and was coming in to look at it if you do not buy it. I called and spoke to the sales manager who gave a different story than the salesman. Essentially, from what I gather is they offered me a price and after I agreed and had taken off work early to pick up the vehicle, they subsequently offered the other party (who came after my deal was worked) a higher price (list) and they took it. If you want to play games and be lied to, I would recommend this dealer because that was the experience I had.

I was on my way from Murray to Paducah when my low tire pressure light came on. I remembered that I would come to Purchase Ford in a couple of miles, so I pulled in there for help. They treated me just the way my local Ford dealer does, worked me in, fixed the tire, and had me on my way in less than an hour. I love Ford service!
