After months of searching for an Expedition with a very specific list of features, we finally found it at Perkins Motor Plex. I initially contacted them thru email late Thursday evening and got a quick response. Friday morning I received a call from Adam who spent the day answering all my questions, doing a walk around video for us and finding the best finance rate available. Our new car was delivered safely on Monday by one of their awesome drivers. The entire experience was so easy and we couldn t be happier. No more visiting dealerships with pushy salespeople following us around on golf carts. The next time we need to go car shopping I m calling Adam at PMP.

Gerardo made our buying process online seamless! The vehicle we were interested in was in detail but he did not hesitate to go in there and make a personalized video of the vehicle to send to us. We couldn t be happier with our experience and would use him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Gerardo & Perkins Motor Plex for such an easy car buying process. The expedition max is beautiful!

They made buying a car so easy and less stressful. I traveled all the way from Indiana to purchase a car from Perkins. They have good quality cars. The even replaced my tires because of the tread being worn down. I will absolutely buy another car from them!!!!

Well over all there a great group of people there ! I had more than enough help from everyone there and they made my wife, daughter and I feel like family provided my daughter with plenty of snacks for us ! A special thanks to Adam and Kris ! I m so glad I chose to buy my vehicle from Perkins. Logan Stout walked me through the entire process and made everything as simple as it could possibly be. He even sent me a thorough video of the car, inside and out, showing and telling me all about it. Communication with Logan was perfect! When I went to pick up my car, everything was ready to be signed. They made the entire experience incredibly easy. And my car is PHENOMENAL!!! Best vehicle purchase I ve ever had!! Wonderful experience with Perkins Motor Plex and with Adam Edwards Adam is a very likable person and very knowledgeable on cars. If he didn t know the answer to a question he went and found the answer instead of making something up or telling you what he thought you wanted to hear. They had exactly what I was looking for and gave me a fair price for my trade. Love the no pressure philosophy that Adam Edwards has. He did not want me to get something I didn t want nor did he make me feel that I had to decide that day like most places.Will definitely be my first stop next time I am interested in trading.

David was super helpful and easy to deal with. I was routed to their dealership through an online search since I'm in Birmingham. They had some killer trucks in the price range I was shopping in but ultimately went with a truck I found locally just out of convenience and a slightly better price. I was very close to buying at Perkins and would have been happy to do so had this truck here not checked all of my boxes the way it did. I'd certainly check on a future purchase with these guys. They delivery, sent me plenty of video and pictures of areas I had questions on and were ready to find the right one. I'd certainly give them a chance if you're on the hunt for a newish ride.

Jayson made the whole process so easy! I bought this car sight unseen (paid the deposit) and it was exactly as described. I wanted to thank Jayson and the team at Perkins for making my truck purchase such a quick and easy process. I was involved in a car accident and left without transportation, and Jayson went the extra mile to have my truck delivered to my house the same day I made the purchase. Recently bought a vehicle at the Mayfield location Gerardo is exceptional to work with. We had a mechanical issue after purchase and Gerardo helped work out a solution with management that was acceptable to us. I would definitely purchase from Perkins again.

Adam and the Perkins team hands down provided the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Adam is incredibly professional, courteous and was quick to foster a relationship with me that made me feel welcome. I never once felt pressured to buy or as if I was being sold something, as most traditional dealerships do. Adam also provided me with an 11 minute personal YouTube walk around video of my vehicle, in which he identified all features and was transparent with any issues (there were none) that were identified with the vehicle. Adam took the burden off of me with purchasing the vehicle, calling my bank on my behalf and ensuring all paperwork and documents were completed to standard and in proper timing. I bought this vehicle from out of state and Adam arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me at the airport with paperwork in hand. Delivery arrived on time, perfectly as planned. Every interaction I had with each individual with the Perkins team was professional and left me feeling good. I wish all dealerships would emulate the Perkins Motor Plex business model. They have it figured out and do it right! If you re looking for a new vehicle I would recommend Perkins over any other dealership. Thank you Adam and Perkins team. Amazing job!

My wife and I have purchased several new and used vehicles from various dealers.This was our first deal at Perkins of Mayfield. Absolutely the easiest and best experience we have had to date. Demoree Fields was accommodating to everything that I needed, without ANY of the typical pushy sales tactics! Their inventory is great and are priced correctly. My family will only buy from Perkins moving forward!

I had never purchased a vehicle and had it delivered before but the team at Perkins Motor Plex has got the process dialed in. I couldn't have been more pleased with how this process went. Jayson the salesman was great to deal with and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and the buying process. Matt in finance was friendly and helpful. Just bought my first vehicle ever from Perkins Motor Plex in May of 2023. I do not buy new vehicles very often but when it came time for me to do so, I knew there was no other place I wanted to buy from than Perkins. Mainly because I knew one of the sales reps there, Jayson Ethridge. And because I had seen there huge inventory at all their nice looking facilities.Jayson made the purchase very easy and hassle free! And that meant a lot!If you re needing a new car or truck, give Jayson at Perkins a call. You ll be glad you did!

Recently purchased a truck. After months of searching I came across one at Perkins and had the pleasure of working with the BEST, Adam! The first truck I looked at did not work out. However, through the entire process Adam was understanding and willing to do whatever it took to meet my needs. A short time later, I found another one. Adam again, went above and beyond in not only finding what was the best fit for me, but making sure it stayed in the payment range I needed. Actually, I ended up liking the one I got better than the first one! All worked out while having the best experience with Adam! I would choose Perkins over again without a doubt and look forward to using them in the future! Adam will most definitely be my new go to for my vehicle needs.

They delivered my truck to me and we did paperwork in the Enterprise parking lot as I returned my rental. JT is one of the best salesmen I ve ever dealt with.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we have received. Adam, the salesman was very transparent, nice, and helpful through out the purchase. There was no pressure to buy. My husband and I have bought several vehicles over the years. This has been our best experience. Even after the purchase he has been available and Adam/Perkins have honored the warranty with no hassles. Over the years my husband and I have tried to do what we say we re going to do when making purchases and we expect no less from the people/companies we deal with. We bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. This is our first purchase from Perkins Motor Plex in Mayfied, Ky but it won t be our last and we would strongly recommend them.

Great experience with Kris in Mayfield on the purchase of our 2021 F150. The one we were wanting to look at had been sent to Murray the same day we got there. They brought the truck back to Mayfield as quick as possible for us to look at it. It was a great experience from start to finish with everyone we met. Would highly recommend Perkins Motor Plex to anyone looking for a nice, used vehicle.

I had a great experience with Perkins Motor Plex online. I purchased a beautiful lifted truck from out-of-state utilizing the Perkins Motor Plex website.
