Last year I wrecked my vehicle and had a different body shop repair my vehicle and it came out horrible. My paint didn t match my bumper didn t fit it was overall the worst experience money can buy. I took my vehicle to High Class Collision Center and Brandon and Val completely repaired and repainted everything that the other body shop messed up on and it came out perfect. 10/10. They communicated through the whole process and kept me up dated on how everything was going and got me back on the road in a speedy manor. I will never take my vehicle to anyone else besides them and will always recommend their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am new to auto body repair needs in Mayfield,Ky...but after my wife ran over a deer and whatever else was on the road shoulder , our van needed some attention. I had passed by this shop regularly and when the shop my van was towed to couldn't fit us in for a while, I checked High Class out. They fit me in and even though dealing with Geico adjusters can be a challenge of patience and endurance they did a great job and communicated very well. The front of the van looks new again and they even found some windshield replacement issues from a previous claim. Very attentive to details here.Do yourself a favor and give them your business if you need bodywork, you'll be pleased.

What a fabulous experience! It started with the estimator and carried all the way through the experience. Polite, efficient and helpful. The work was on time and on budget. Job was completed when they said it would. The work that this young man turned out is top notch and second to none. There is a reason the name is High Class and I found out why!!!! The staff at high class collision took very good care of me from the moment I wrecked my vehicle until the insurance company picked it up from them. Not only did they provide all the information they needed to to the insurance company to make the process go smoothly they also fought for me to make sure that I got the highest quality parts and Care needed for my vehicle.

Went with an inquiry about my car, they were very nice to put it on the lift and have a look at it for free. They ended up trying to sell me a new engine subframe and control arms with labour around 1000$. They wouldnt let me inspect the vehicle myself when it was up on the lift and witness the damage. Instead a 10 second video clip of the bottom of my car was sent to me.I went around to other mechanic shops. Turns out all it needed was a passenger side motor mount and a front right upper ball joint.If you are trying to find a quote, they will be very nice to help, but they can sell you the completely wrong things, which in my case is what they were doing. Do consult with other workshops/mechanics before going ahead with any work on your cars.Service: Body & Trim

I have used them now for 3 separate wrecks over the years and they do their best to give you 110%satisfaction. They take pride in their work and they are always ontop of it when talking to insurance companies.
