I recently was in the market for a Ram 5500. I went to the local dealer in Canton Ga. but the price listed went up close to 10k due to not using their financing. I started looking elsewhere and found a lot of dishonest car dealers in Georgia. During my search, I saw the truck I was looking for in Mayfield Kentucky. So I called to see if they were honest and willing to make a deal. My salesman was Thomas Futrell super guy to deal with, unlike any salesman I have ever met in my life. Being 5.5 hrs away I was wondering if all was going to pan out the way as presented and expected, and I was more than pleased. I now have a lifelong friend and a car dealership that stands alone as being the most faithful place around. David Taylor Chrysler Mayfield is a place to get a car or truck with the helpful salesman Thomas Futrell. The Manager Thurman Foster is in the loop also he is best of the best all worthy of VIP status. after driving 5.5 hrs home the truck blew a transmission line, reluctantly I had to go to the local dealer to find out it was not a warranty covered item and was almost 1700 to repair, then the most surprising thing happened Chris Thomas the GM of David Taylor Chrysler Mayfield stepped in and paid the bill all of it, I'm still in shock as this was beyond the call of duty. Let me start off by saying this was the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Started out with a friendly wave as we were pulling in. Thurman was very helpful with answering all of our questions before we came in to see the car. He made the buying and trading in process painless and quick! Very quick and efficient was straight to the point. Took us on a nice route for a test drive and even gave us some city history. Great overall experience would highly recommend getting a vehicle through them. If you do be sure to ask for Thurman he will get you on a vehicle you love.
