Big place with a big truck stop. Walked in and looked for the fountain drinks, which was easy to find. Got one and went to the checkout and I was warmly greeted by a cashier. I needed some cigarettes and my ID was scanned, but I was told it expired a week ago. The cashier went out of her way to approve the sale. I then proceeded to get gas as well and everything went perfect.

Very bad hearsay when using restroom near office, I m not a fan of social networking media, or local fools play by merchants!!Do not tell me anything that you tell your KIDS, or Anyother local personal information or local social media that will complicate my travels and visit by association.

Quick place to stop and get gas and a snack/drink, located a bit further off the highway but an east road to navigate. Prices were expected, pumps fairly modern.

My husband and I just stopped in for a bathroom break, we didn t even buy anything but we were enthusiastically greeted by the two staff members at the front registers, and were also told good bye and have a great day when we left. It sounds simple, but I ve never been greeted so warmly by the staff of what you might consider just a gas station and it left a great impression! Other than that, the store and bathrooms were very clean! Thanks for making our quick pit stop a pleasant experience with something as simple as a friendly hello and goodbye!

Turn LEFT to get out! If you follow your GPS and turn right, you re ROYALLY SCREWED!You d think they d be smart enough to put up a sign and whenever it s a good idea to have one of something, it s probably a good idea to have two.

The staff is friendly, but the building looks rundown. The only food option they have a stuff that you put in the microwave. The tastes god awful. I actually started going to the ideal in Nortonville rather than here because their breakfast selection is not good. It doesn t cost that much to operate Sausage biscuits, sausage, egg cheese biscuits, biscuits and gravy get a better food selection I really wish they had a hot food bars. Maybe time for a remodel? I know the pilot and flying Jay s in the surrounding areas look absolutely amazing. It s time to update this one.

Terrible pay-at-the-pump experience. After I swiped my Visa debit card, it asked me to enter my loyalty number or press Skip. I looked in vain, but there was no Skip button on the panel. (I think it said "Skip," but whatever it was, it was asking me to press a button that didn't exist.) I was able to proceed by pressing the Enter button instead, but this was not obvious, and it took some time to figure out.Next it told me to enter my PIN. I entered my PIN and pressed Enter. Nothing. The screen was still telling me to enter my PIN, and there was nothing on the screen showing that I had entered any numbers. So I entered my PIN again. Still no change on the screen.Finally I pressed the button to run my card as a credit card, and it asked for my ZIP code. But my ZIP code was pre-filled with three of the digits from my PIN (I guess my entries had finally been accepted, but on the wrong screen). So now I needed to clear these numbers so I could enter my ZIP, but the Clear button didn't work. I don't recall what I did, but finally the numbers were cleared, I was able to enter my ZIP code, and I was able to pump gas.And on top of all that, it was out of paper and wouldn't print a receipt. I can't recall having a worse pay-at-the-pump experience.

Bathrooms were clean and smelt good,floors were clean showers were up and running with excellent hot water. Had plenty of options for foos. Friendly staff

Umm... somebody needs a hair net! We stopped here for snacks and a clean bathroom. After we got back out to the car and started opening the snacks we kept finding long blonde hair in the bag on what we'd just bought! One hair, okay it happens, more than 3 ling hairs? Gross! (I have short pink hair and my boyfriend is bald)

Great place to take a break from traveling and its almost like a small general store. The price of gas was super low after driving through Illinois where the gas was 50 cents higher per gallon. Along the bathrooms were clean and the restaurant nearby was decent. They have every snack food you can imagine for an over the road trip but definitely gas up at this location because of the best prices around for gas. Check it out.

I always buy something but today I came in and they took one microwave out and unplugged the other one. The next truck stop is an hour away. Its hard to eat healthy on the road because these places only provide junk food and they do not want drivers heating up their own food even if they're buying things. I was wondering why the worker gave me a weird look when i walked in with the little food container then I saw they removed the microwave. You feel like a criminal trying to eat healthy on the road. Worst part of the job for me.

I went here to use the ladies room, and it was very dirty. The women behind the register were extremely polite, but I don't think it makes up for the dirty restroom or the broken toilet tissue holder that had the toilet tissue falling out of it. If I hadn't been worried about peeing my pants I would have continued on my way until I got home since I was only about six miles away.

Store itself was clean well stocked, staff was your average Pilot staff, not bad and not great. Always great coffee. Restrooms could use a good cleaning, fuel islands not to great. This is tho a very old location. Fuel islands need better lighting, and lack of trash cans. Parking area layout not great.

Restrooms were very dirty looked like they hadn't been clean thoroughly in months. The men's restrooms had splatters all over the toilet walls. The floor looked like it hadn't been moped in weeks. There was paper towels & toilet paper all through out the store and only 1 person working. She was trying to stock the floor and run the register by her self. So I asked her where her help was. She replied that they can't keep help that they keep quiting. I think it's time for new management.......

The restrooms were smelly and the bleached blonde female cashier doesn't wash her hands after using the bathroom. Very disappointing. Subway was good and the folks there nice and friendly.

Everything you expect with a pilot, however this particular one the bathroom smells like it has not been cleaned in years. Parking lot is rough but big, and the rest of the store was in good order so a good stop so long as the men's restroom is not the reason to stop.

It has a good size parking lot and you can usually find a spot because it's not real close to any big city or industry. Place seems to be well maintained and coffee area was clean....and coffee was fresh and pkentiful at 0700.

Decent pilot. But!! Small fuel islands! For a Pilot it has decent parking. Shop on site. Only thing to eat is subway or hotdogs. Clean inside and out. Very nice staff. Good coffee..

Bathroom was messy, nasty. Bottle of urine cleaner on counter, paper towels everywhere, trash was full. Staff seem nice but clean. As drivers we want fresh fast coffee and a clean bathroom

Good pilot you have to climb stairs to get to the showers. So if you have a problem with steps and you need a shower. This probably not the place for you. It has good variety of snacks,drinks and a subway. And a nice big parking area for truckers.

The truck parking area has lots of potholes and trash. The fuel island was dirty which seems to business as usual at any Pilot.The restroom was clean but lacking a good quality air ventilation system as the aroma from the long haul drivers dropping a duece will make the hair in ones nose curl.The roller food item selection was limited to only the cheese burger hot dogs.The staff at cash register was polite and courteous.

I was very disappointed with this pilot. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days. One of the paper towel dispensers was out completely and when I used the urinal, about 50 tiny bugs flew up ot of the little odor control thing... Needless to say, I went further down the road to use the facilities in a less infested stop.

Afraid to shower here. Every trash can in the lot is overflowing with garbage. Garbage all over the grassy areas. Went inside to check out laundry area. Huge piles of trash in front of the laundry room and down the entire hallway. Trash everywhere and to top it all off the whole back area smelled like piss was everywhere. Clearly it isn t cleaned often, how do you see this amount of trash everywhere and not do anything about it while at work. So disgusting.

Bathrooms were clean in the morning, pumps all worked fine. Finally a pilot that does what it s supposed to . Thank you got a warm meal, coffee and fuel
