I have been with State Farm for 20+ years. For the most part, it has been an average experience with average customer service throughout the years; however, a recent experience with a car accident where the other party had the liability is the reason for my rating. My car was in the shop for four months. My coverage paid for $600 in rental fees. When I reached out to the agent for assistance with the rental, approximately two months after the accident, the agent had no clue that I had even had an accident. I was told, I don t know what to tell you . In turn, I m out of pocket over $3k for the rental. This is definitely not the way a long-term customer should be treated. I hope they do better for their reliable customers in the future. I would suggest the Like a Good Neighbor branding is no longer relevant with this agent.

I have had my insurance policies with Perry almost as long as I have been driving. They always provide top tier service, they always find the answers to any questions you have and they even send personalize card for life events. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. I couldn t ask for a better State Farm agent. If you ever need a quote give the office manager Kim a call, she will make sure that you get the proper amount of coverage to fit your needs!

Perry and his staff are always ready to help you with insurance coverage for home, life, car... Perry will explain things to you so that you know exactly what you are getting. If Disability insurance you need to give him a call.

I called Perry Cheek s office to get a quote on auto insurance and was shocked by how much money I would save by switching to State Farm. Needless to say, I am now insured through Perry and love how fast, and friendly, the service is there.

I have been a customer of Perry Cheek and State Farm for many years. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance questions and needs. They even take the time to send birthday cards to my husband and I and even sent a sympathy card when they heard my grandmother had passed away. You won t find customer service like that with those nationally advertised insurance companies.

I had insurance with them for years, I got hit by a deer. Because I didn't have my phone on me and it was 10pm, I didn't make out a police report. I went to ins next day, and was told because I didn't have a report, it wasn't covered!!!! I had collision. I cancelled collision insurance next day. My son had an accident and they cancelled both our insurance coverage!!!!! Find somewhere else to get coverage. They aren't there when you need them!

This place made unauthorized charges to my account, after clearly stating I would make my payment to them within a couple weeks. After expressing my concerns over it, the manager laughed about the charge and was extremely unprofessional.. Stay away from this place! Like a bad neighbor, they're not there.
