The assistant manager is rude, ignorant, unfriendly, and should NOT be working in customer service!Had to go in twice to get the correct change! AND he kept giving us the wrong parts and his exact words were"I just sell the parts I don't care about how they go in a vehicle!"

I bought Bosc wiper blades 8/3/2023 turned them on this morning in the rain and are making a horrible noise. Took them to Madisonville Ky. store. The Manager refused to come out and replace the defective blade.

Let me start off by saying this is the only location I have problems at your employee Chad should learn his place he's a glorified receptionist he does not work for Sylvania warranty department my headlights don't say one year warranty unless Chad says Chad told me he needed to examine them for manufacture defects please tell me what training Chad has on manufactured defects after this transaction you will no longer receive any of my business the worst thing about it is I take it to another O'Reilly's no question asked here's your headlights have a nice day but guess what your location cost every O'Reilly's money

I bought a water pump with a lifetime warranty one year ago. Well yesterday ny water pump locked up and I already needed a new one again. Strike one. The part was poorly made and didn't last. They had to order one because the one they had in stock turned out to be damaged. Well the new one came in and I was at work, so my mom went to pick it up. She took the old pump to trade it like you have to for the warranty. It had some scratches in it from where the tools had scraped it when removing it from the car. They refused to honor the warranty and said we damaged the part and were liable. My mom explained it had locked up and had to be taken off after and metal tools make scratches on the parts. Its unavoidable. They were hateful, refused to honor ny warranty, talked to my mom like a dog, and said if we wanted the part we were just going to have to pay full price for it. We went across the street and bought a new part from AutoZone instead. After the way they treated my my, I will be contacting corporate and getting reimbursed for the $150 I should have never had to pay because their company sold me a lifetime warranty. The manager and the enployees are hateful, awful people. This is not the first time they have acted this way to us either. Shame on you.

My fav. Auto parts store. Good parts at reasonable prices. Friendly personal ready to assist your every need. The manager has family in the military and will happily honor your military service with a veterans discount. Stop in and stock up your shop.

We went to Oreilly's after going to a competitor's store first and not getting the service we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at O'REILLY. We will be back. Thanks to the staff for the time they gave us to find the parts needed to fix my friends Jeep.

Any time I have been in here, the crew has always been courteous, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help me with DIY projects. They display great knowledge and are willing to take the time to ensure I get what is needed. Thanks for being my go to place for getting it done!

..Went there todayto get a few parts to change out the water pump on my dad's old Ranger. They were curtious, very helpful and the prices were better than the compatishion across the street. I was treated as though they appreciated my business and wanted me to come back again. The last time I shopped across the street I felt as though I was wasting there time

The employees were very helpful, taking time to answer my questions and research a couple of things for me. I pass other auto parts stores because I seem to do well with O'Reilly product selection and their staff.

It's your standard auto-parts store but the difference is the customer service quality. Autozone, right across the street, has garbage customer service. But O'Reilly's employees actually make you feel welcome. I understand that auto parts stores are more of a guy thing, but there's no reason that the workers need to be anti-socials who make you feel like you're bothering them for being there. Even my daughter said she doesn't get creeper vibes in here like she does in Autozone. In summary, this is my go-to auto parts store.

I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years I called up there and had them Pull A Part said I was on the way I get there and they tell me somebody just picked up the last one that is ridiculous I will take my business elsewhere

Good for light Parts on your vehicle if you need anything like big and expensive you might want to just go to rockauto.com
