The staff here was so friendly! We needed to swap out our alternator while driving from northern Illinois to gulf shores, Alabama, and ended up doing it right in their parking lot after buying the new one from them. They were so hospitable, let us use their restroom several times, and kept coming out to check on us and see if we needed any help. Southern hospitality at its finest!

They have helpful and courteous employees. I've never been to a place that attended to their customer like they do. I was out of town in Madisonville and ran into car problems. They help me get back on the road and nothing flat. Kudos to the crew that works in there.

They definitely like taking my money here but there's not that many places in Madisonville that you can get commercial parts and here they usually do have them or they can tell you where to get them but they definitely think their merchandise is made out of freaking gold

The gentleman that work here are very knowledgeable I called them on the phone asking about a part and they didn t carry it but quickly told me where to go to get the part that I needed that s awesome in my book that s why I go to them

I was an Autozone guy. But now I go to NAPA. I remember going to a NAPA with my grandfather and knowing that I was in a manly domain of knowledgeable mechanics. I thought that experience was lost since I have been shopping at Autozone for so long. But after visiting this store, and having one of their guys actually approach me to ask what they can help me with, I was taken aback. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and of course...quality parts.

Ordered and paid for my part at almost 4 in the evening and still got my part the next morning.. Talk about speedy delivery... Kappa is now my car fixing place

Hateful staff, overly priced parts. I found the exact same part at another napa for half the price. Would not suggest anyone do business here you will get ripped off.

A bunch of kids working there that don't know a Phillips or Flathead been there numerous times it takes three of them at a computer scratching their heads and still can't find the part
