I am new to this area so this was my first experience with Mike's. The dealership was 10 days out on their oil change schedule. At Mike's my wait time was more like 20 minutes (first come, first serve). This place is very well run and very efficient - much like Chic Fila - and they communicate well. Young techs are joking around not as focused and not professional on this trip. Quality is slipping here. The owner and his techs should remember that clients can hear their discussions when their windows are open.

In my personal opinion, the price they told me to change my oil in 15 min ($90.00) was a bit on the high side I thought considering I bought the oil $24.99 and a filter $4.99 and did it myself for $30 bucks. $60 for taking off a plug,and filter waiting for it to drain and putting it back. And I'm sure they probably get the oil and filter cheaper than I did at W.M.. They were very friendly and I'm sure they would have done a great job and I know they have overhead and I'm sure the employees deserve more than what they are making, but 1 oil change every month would cost me extra $60.00 and $720.00 every year and $3600.00 in 5 yrs-a third of my cars used value.

Mike & Daniel were excellent with my vehicle, it needed a lot and I appreciated that they explained everything to me while letting me decide, it's always best to make an informed decision. A lot of places don't explain,and I don't like that. I understand my car,just explain to me exactly what's wrong and what it needs. I give them props for that. Definitely take your vehicle here.

Always a DYI guy. 1st time to use this service. Very friendly and fast. Watched close but didn't see any shortcuts being made. Cost was a little less than buying the oil and filter to do it myself. I was completely absolutely positively satisfied and happy with choosing Mike's to get my oil changed. They were friendly and honest from the jump that I was picking premium oil and it was costly

Very fast. Very professional. I didn't have to wait; however, based on my experience I feel they could efficiently move through a line of vehicles. A little pricey but in line with other quick lubes I have visited. Will return.

Got my oil changed was grate till I went to do it myself this time they messed up my drain plug it's so bad I can't even get a socket on there but once I did I can't even turn the plug to loosen it now I'll be out even more money to take it somewhere to have it fixed and then figure out how to do it since I'm on a fixed-income what a way to spend my 4th of July, ps there is a Thing called torque specs for oil plugs not just go till it won't turn no moreService: Oil change

They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond an oil change to answer any questions you have about your vehicle. They are honest about what you need and they let me know when my tires need replacement. I have been going there for years and won t go anywhere else. Best oil change place within 60 miles. I have taken 6 vehicles there from day I purchased them new. No problems whatsoever. Clean and friendly service and they keep track of your vehicle's maintenance record.

My best friend came to town from DC over the holiday season and needed an oil change before heading further on her journey home to Kansas and then back to DC. They did a great job, but I had to wait in my car which has very little AC for almost an hour waiting in line. Plus some of the extras like washing windows and vacuum the car is not even available which is a perk I always came for. I could pay less somewhere else without sitting in my running car for an hour so I hope they change back soon because they do a great job.Service: Oil change

Fast service, tons of employees giving attention to my vehicle, came into the office area and told us what they were doing every step of the way. Big windows so you could watch the workers work. Oil change and a headlight fixed took about 15 minutes. Very professional, reasonable price. Very impressed.

Very professional and friendly employees. They do a basic check of your vehicles systems and if they do find something off they immediately let you know yet they never pressure you to spend extra money. Been taking my car for years. Never had any negative encounters with them. Some say the wait is bad, but I'd say the 10 to 20 minutes is worth it knowing your vehicle is getting a quality service. They always move the cars down the line at a nice consist pace.

The service was very expedient and thorough. They pulled my vehicle in, changed the oil, and checked everything that should be checked when servicing the vehicle. After inspections they made a few recommendations of things that, by standards, need to be addressed, but were very low pressure in getting me to do any additional work. They went ahead and changed my wipers after I told them to go ahead, and upon declining the rest of the recommended actions, they simply made notes to remind us that they still need to be addressed later. I could have gotten the service done a few dollars cheaper somewhere else I m sure, but the professionalism the whole team showed was worth the extra money.

Very professional, thorough, and efficient. Went for an oil and filter change, and they checked every accessible fluid as well. Very friendly and informative. Have been going here for years. Always courteous and explains everything. I got air in 4 tires one almost flat. Checked oil and added what was needed. Windshield fluid added. Basically full service check. Will continue going here.Service: TiresService: Tires

This is an exceptionally professional shop. Facility is clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly, hard working and always willing to help. Prices are competitive and attention to detail is unrivaled. Any additional maintenance they recommend is clearly communicated to you and they never pressure you to spend additional money. I highly recommend their services.

I was very happy with my service. The staff was very friendly. I always feel safe taking my vehicle there to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They always explain what s going on if there is a problem and they discuss how much it will cost before doing the work. Thank you Grease Monkey!

Place is usually very good at their job, so i don't know if it was a mistake. But my oil cap wasn't put on correctly which caused it to come off due to pressure and get a lot (not all) of the fresh oil i had just paid for all over my engine and sensors, i just pray my drain plug was done correctly..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My wife and I was going on a trip and I was planning on changing the oil in our car. We left and I decided to stop and have it done. We pulled up to Grease Monkey and tech was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the different types of oil changes and the price. While getting oil changed he also check the transmission fluid level, brake fluid, coolant and washer fluid and added what was needed to bring them up to full level.serbice was great.Service: Oil change

This was my first experience with Grease Monkey. Since 2013, I ve been going to Walmart Tire & Lube and I can tell that I was instantaneously receiving an upgrade as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. I was greeted, prioritized and all of my questions were answered. The service was also timely, which was most important to me because I ve become accustomed to waiting 1-4 hours for an oil change. The service was thorough, yet swift and a technician went over the details of what was performed on my vehicle at checkout. I was also given a really nice air freshener and the technician was patient with me when I kept having issues with the pin pad during check out. I ll be back. Thank you so much.

Very busy location but the wait didn't seem that bad because they were moving the line at a good clip. I had been here before with others but not as a customer personally. I knew they did an extensive check if the basic systems but was pleasantly surprised when I realized that they also wash your windows and vacuum the interior for free. Friendly, personable, professional, and informative staff.

All the employees were very professional, pleasent, explained to me everything that was being worked on at that time. Offered me what I needed not what they wanted me to have, I enjoyed the conversation with the staff the whole time. They made me feel welcomed the entire time I was there I will be returning to continue to any of my automotive needs.
