Great found some really great deals on some end of winter outerwear deals. My husband got him a wrangler vest I got 2 John Deere tee shirts and a fuzzy winter zip up lightweight jacket that s super soft and comfy. Also bought a new broom since all my other brooms are getting worn out. But Lowe s has a lot of winter outerwear on sale on clearance back in the garden center lots of men s carpenter pants priced at $54.00. Highly recommend you go by the garden center at Lowe s if you re looking for a deal on new winter outerwear for men n women s.

Lowe's is our go-to store for all of our housing needs. I just wish they had a closer location to central city / greenville.This location is usually organized well and has what we need, but the gutter selection is a bit more chaotic and harder to find what you need because each piece is only labeled with a UPC and not a description.The employees are really helpful, checking out is always fast, and the bathrooms are clean. We like this place.

What's a load to buy several things not five hundred dollars worth First we went up to make a return and the lady Melissa was too busy to show us where we needed to go to return. It just walked away from us and pointed over her shoulder over there. So we just ignored her rudeness. Then we went to ceiling fans where Tony come over. And was very helpful and courteous, very nice man. After that, we continue, chopping found everything we needed running to Tony again. He helped us again. While walking through blows, Paris and associate asked us if we were having any trouble finding stuff and we said no, and she said okay. Well we walked down to get us A keymaid. We waited there for 20 minutes. Pushing the button. Nobody showed up. I went to customer service. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Find me the manager says anyone that could make a key. Please come make a gift for these people who guess who shows up. Paris smiling jump right on it made us our keys. Thank you so much, Paris, so we went to go. Check out and guess we run into again. Miss friendly Melissa, who would not check us out? Told us we had to go all the way to the other end of the store and go to the different checkout. Even though she was just standing there doing nothing. She must have been tired or something anyways. She needs to be retrained or something.Nah, one of the headcashier's digital system. She was very helpful. And I would like to thank her too

Excruciatingly terrible return policy. Bought a 25 lb or 250 ft roll of electrical wire that weighs 30 lb and could not return it brand new unopened. Did not have the receipt, but I think it would be pretty hard to steal one of these and then try to return it. Bummer. Definitely going to home Depot next time if not all the time !!!!

I love Lowe's but this one in Madisonville need more people. Nobody around to ask for help. Very seldom somebody asking me if I need any help. So bring your phone and ask Google !!

Service is out of this world. Working here from Texas and trust me Lowes suck there however CODY, JODY and DASIE are the best. Has a small issue and all three where on point and solved it. Best ever. With many thanks. Dear seson in 11 hours . Just living a dream .

Nice Lowes. Great customer service if you want it. If you don't, they'll let you free roam. They have all hardware & tools, but if they don't, they'll order it for you. lots of gardening supplies & plants. Today, I bought plumbing supplies with expert assistance and a plant that digs its own holes in its leaves. Unique!It's the spouse's 75th birthday, so I thought I'd get her a tool belt. There's some plumbing that needs doing under the house, so this should put a smile on her face. I got her another nice plant, too.

I seen items in the store at a good price but I was in a hurry so I purchased them online to pick up the next day,,when I go to pick up they can't find my items. 1 1/2 hours later they find them, the customer service lady tells me she'll give me 10% off for my wait. Then disappears. I wait 15 minutes and she's nowhere , so I leave. My suggestion is to never buy items online unless your ready for a long wait

Great selection of houseplants, the store is always clean and everyone is very helpful that works there. The clearance sections always have great deals on items, definitely the garden section in between seasons

I walked in needing a drain cleaner with no idea where to go and 20 minutes before closing. I was very impressed with a employee and his quick response when I ask where the item was located he quickly said isle 36 while standing on a ladder. Zep 10 minute is what I chose and on my way back stopped at the isle where the employee was working to thank him. I asked him his name he said venus, like the planet. He ask me mine I said stephen ruby, like the jewel. Zep worked like it should and I could not have ask for a better treatment and quick knowledge of where inventory was located. Very impressed!

When I m in the store, I have to call on the phone to find someone to help me service. Desk doesn t usually answer! I follow the signs above isles. they didn t have the product on isles that they said, so when I asked for a color chart for shutters, they said the corporate had to take them out, or they would come and do it themselves people do not need to see a color on a color chart! Unbelievable! So, instead of all the items I was going to buy at Lowe s I will go elsewhere for my business!

Besides not having to travel all over to other stores, they had what I needed, when I needed it, and at good prices. I needed a toilet and tub. The saleswoman got a cart, put them on the cart, and helped me check-out. Awesome service and folks.

Than goodness for the people at Lowe's. Needed some caulk. If it wasn't for the girl in the caulk aisle, I would have bought the wrong one! They guided me to everything I needed!

Purchased a product online and did in store pickup. So easy and no hassle on the pick up. They people who prepped our order left a little note. You never know what someone may be going through and to leave a kind note can mean a lot!! Thank you Kylee, Stephen & Cody! Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New year as well!!!

This place is 100% a terrible place to shop and or work. I worked there for almost a year and they don't care about their employees. They will go behind their back and not give them raises when they justly deserve them. Shopping as a customer is a chore in and of itself since you can't find anyone to help you 85% of the time. If I was you stay clear of this Lowe's period.

This is by far the worst Lowe's I have ever been to in my entire life. If you are just going in, buy what you need, & leave, it's just like any Lowe's you have ever been to anywhere. Generic, basic, & just a place to hold tools until ready for purchase.However, if you decide to have anything installed (carpet, toilet, sink, cabinets, etc.), your services will never come. I have been waiting over a month for a toilet to be delivered and installed only to find out there is no professional to install toilets.Family members have waited 2 months or longer for carpet installation.I had been warned several times but didn't realize that the errors were cause from terrible technology where Lowe's is so outdated that it's revolting. This store is a reflection of the outdated tech for any regional managers reading this. Take this to your HQ because the experience with the tech at this store alone is enough to make me quit using Lowe's entirely in the future.Go to any hardware store but this one. Drive to Owensboro, Evansville, Hopkinsville, anywhere but this Lowe's. Even better, pick a different hardware store like Home Depot, Menard's, Ace, Do It Centers, your local hardware, anywhere but here.And Lowe's, if you want to keep your stores alive, profitable, and thriving, UPDATE YOUR TECH!!!!!!! There is a cost, and there is this. Your current experience will cost you billions in the long run not a few thousand. And for the love of all, get security compliant on your point of sale systems and cloud services! Nobody wants to get their info stolen!!!!!

I'm learning how to build here much better. I like ordering online for pickup a day ahead. Much better than the checkouts for contracting. Its the only big box hardware within 40 minutes so it gets pretty busy. But they are nice andhelpful. They have a awesome older guy in plumbing that's great help. Roger at the returns / customer service desk is a good one too.
