Got her up and outta here no problem. She is enroute to the mechanic now. This old girl wants a rapid recovery. We ll see how it goes.

I was stuck with kids needing to get school and doctor and no way to get them there. Jeff's son was at my house within 20 mins and had my van started and us on the road. Super nice man and very friendly. Highly recommend.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

I called Jeff at 230 in the morning after hitting a deer on the highway, Jeff showed up very quickly and was awesome. I expected to be price gouged in the middle of the night, but was met with honest service! Awesome guy that came and saved us when we broke down on the side of the interstate. It was the start of our vacation, and we had a tire blow out literally 30 minutes into our trip. Was ran off the road by another driver. Jeff pulled me out of the ditch without causing any more damages. Have used him many times in the past to tow our big trucks all over the State. Great pricing, friendly, professional and always on time. The best around!

I was on my way to work early in the morning and a couple of my wheel studs broke on the highway. I called Jeff s towing as soon as it happened and they were very prompt to get my vehicle off the side of the highway. All I can say is they have exceptional service and are very punctual. Their rates are very reasonable and I was able to pay when I got off work. I will recommend Jeff s towing to everybody I meet in the Madisonville area.

Unprofessional. I do not recommend.Another local business referred me to call Jeff s Towing in regards to purchasing a rim to a 2012 Toyota Camry. I called in the morning asking if they had one in stock and was immediately told, I m not sure . I asked her if she would find out for me and she instructed me to call back after 2pm and ask for Jeff. I called back after 2pm and asked for Jeff and was told that he was in Alabama until 7pm or 8pm. I explained to her that I was instructed to call back after 2pm and asked her about the availability of the rim I was seeking. She put me on a brief hold and then told me that they do not have it. Neither woman gave her name.

Open on Saturday, when you have a tire emergency it isn't always during the weekdays when all the tire fixing places are open. Sometimes it happens on Saturday or on a Sunday. This weekend I found myself in need of a tire and a rim. A hard to find 14" if you know what I mean. I was in and out in less than 15 or 20 minutes and then guys that worked their was as friendly and helpful as any I've ever seen. "I will be back"

Woman who answers the phone acts as if she s never answered a phone or interacted with other humans. I ve called twice, forgetting about this woman, and hung up to immediately call someplace else.

Called at 8:30 said he was on his way. Waited for 8 hours nobody ever called or showed up ! Not very professional!
