I was well pleased with the work that was done on my Granddaughters car. i will definitely use Hunter's Alignment again! Nice friendly people and great work!

This was the only place in town that allowed me to make an APPOINTMENT for my oil change!!! I have a busy life...kids, work ect....and I called ever place here in town that changed oil, they all explained 1st come 1st serve..even Walmart. Getting my oil changed was always a hassle... walking around Walmart aimlessly, buying stuff I don't need to spend the time until they were able to get to my vehicle!I called around last week and several places in a joking manner said we don't make appointments...and gave me the feeling it sounds like I'm to good to wait in line for thier $90.00 oil change...Hunter's Alignment, I explained my situation and she happily said we can make N appointment for Tuesday at 11 if that worked for me? She also said to call that day and double check with her so I can be in and out quickly in time for work. ITS TUESDAY so I called around 9 and she said come on down... Music to my ears...they got me right in...got it done with time to spare...it's now 11 the time when my appointment was scheduled and im home with my baby.. spending quality time before work! Thank you Hunters Allignment...total cost was just over $60!! I will be a Future customer and telling everyone that's the best place for an oil change!!!! Thanks again

Awesome. Awesome, Awesome!!!!!I can't say enough. He did a service call for us and had us up and going. Just had the truck in a different shop 1 week ago and had it aligned and new drive chain put on. 300 miles and boom it broke. He came to us and fixed us up. I can't say enough we were 100 miles from home towing a fifth wheel.

My son took a Chevy Colorado here that was leaking transmission fluid and told them he THOUGHT it was the front seal. The transmission was only leaking from the front so instead of investigating like a real mechanic would they just replace the front seal. We get the truck back and in less than a week the transmission starts leaking out of the front and back. They claim I have to take it to a dealer because they can t get the part. I called the dealer and could get the part next day so that was a lie. All in all I m out $845 for repairs that were never repaired. So my advice is to never use this place. Terrible business. According to them they don t investigate problems. So if my gas tank has a hole in it and I say I think it s out of gas they re just gonna put gas in it. That s a good response from a bad mechanic. Never use again.

I was very pleased with them at first. I had an issue with my front end axle. My car was serviced quick and the cost was a lot cheaper than the first mechanics opinion I received. So shortly after when my fianc� s car went down I didn t hesitate to reach out to them. That s when the problems started.The car wouldn t start and they replaced the starter, that didn t work and with it being an older car I understand that you can not diagnose the car and you would have to track down the issue. The problems I started seeing is that I was told that it was a priority and that it was the first thing they would look at and at the end of the day it was not touched. Other times they told me that they are either waiting on a part or the wrong part was sent. Two weeks went by and they finally found the problem. Neutral safety switch. This is went the major problem happened. By this time he had the steering wheel off and when he replaced it it was in terrible condition. He told me that he packed the bearings really good but it still had play in it. He did not tell me that the steering wheel was loose and that you could actually move the steering wheel up and down away and toward you. It feels like it could come off of the column. I called them but he insisted that he told me that was how the steering was. I told him that he needed to fix it because that s not how the car was when we brought it to you. And he said that if I bought the part he would. But by this point I was so frustrated that I didn t want him working on my future wife s car anymore and something else happens. I am very disappointed with this and will not be going back.

They go above and beyond. They are timely and professional. Their prices are reasonable. They do more then tires and alignment. Give them a try!!
