Wonderful experience!! The room looked EXACTLY like the picture. .I checked in late and the staff was really friendly & accommodating!The King bed was super soft & the shower had an awesome rainhead. . The HOT water was plentiful & perfect before my quiet slumber!I was amazed I was not awoken by ANY noises - It was really peaceful!The brand new fridge kept my drinks so cold, my water was so refreshing when I awoke!The price was reasonable & I will DEFINITELY stay again!When I checked out the lobbyhad drinks & food to purchase & that staff member was super sweet as well!Great bargain! SUPER CLEAN! SO Comfortable! 5 Rooms: Smoking, Non Smoking, King, DoublesFeatures: HuGE Flatscreen TV s!! 65 Maybe? , Microwaves, Fridges With A Nice Size Little Freezer For Travelers With Frozen MealsSafety: Deadbolt WITH A secondary chain! I am a single female who traveled solo & felt VERY SAFE!Walkability: Next Door To The Pilot Gas Station Which Does Have A SubwayFood & drinks: 24/7 Staffed Lobby Which Has:ALL Kinds of Drinks For Purchase, Coffee, Chips, Snack Cakes, & YES EVEN Cheeseburgers . . Cigarettes & Maybe Disposable Vapes?Noteworthy details: The Owners Have Gone to GREAT lengths to IMPROVE this property by MILES Since taken it over!!The quality of the rooms has increased 10 fold! I know there is a Pilot next door but the convenience of being able to purchase conveniences in the lobby (Snack Cakes & Now , Without Walking Next Door Is Great!)You can tell these Owners CARE about the Customer Experience & Just Providing Lodging! I know they are still doing EVEN more to this ever expanding property & MORE great things are coming!

Okay so me and my trucker fianc� thought it would be nice to get a room since we were parked at the gas station anyways. We get a room here at happy inn and was so excited to actually have space to move around. Well that s not actually what happened. We walk in and immediately we notice bug and bug droppings on the comforter and the mattress. Went to the bathroom and it was so much worse. Baby roaches are in the bottom of the bathtub. I shook the shower curtain and a live adult roach falls into the bathtub. We were both disgusted and was like nope we are getting out of here. Went to the desk to possibly get our money back since we were only in the room for maybe 15 minutes. I begin to tell her the issues and she is saying but it s a good room ma am. I was like no it s not when there are live roaches falling into the bathtub that is not a good room. She was still adamant that they don t do refunds. I was like fine whatever maybe they can use that money to buy bug spray. I am leaving this comment for anyone who thinks this will be a relaxing stay because it will absolutely not be.

This is a clean, friendly place. They allow a pet. The front desk has a clerk 24 / 7. The internet works well. The laundry is replaced daily. There is a customer laundry and ice maker. The parking is outside the room and under 24 hour camera protection. There is a Pilot gas station with supplies next door. The swimming pool is being prepared for the Summer, February is too cold. Madisonville is a nice town nearby. The owner is placing a Piper Arrow on permanent display between the pool and the Interstate. The Motel is planning to reopen the RV Park in the park alongside the motel!

I arrived here 4 weeks ago. This motel is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Accessibility to Pilot fuel and the Pennyrile Parkway is easy. The owners are stocking the lobby with snacks and fresh cheeseburgers daily! I just renewed my 5th week.the manager is very polite and give best deals Very happy customer.Rooms: GreatFood & drinks: Good food

Usually don't do reviews but you need to be warned. First there are cockroachs, then we booked thru Expedia and what we picked out was not what they had. Payed for 2 weeks online and got there, within 15mins we left and asked for our money back since I choose to pay cash, they said I had to pay for 1 night and proceeded to keep 60 dollars. Since I gave my bank card (USAA) to hold room they keep trying to take 300 dollars out of my bank, it's been 3 days and every day my bank said they are trying to charge. Don't stay here go to days inn, no roaches and professional people work there. Don't stay at happy stay inn if you want to remain happy. The people running the place are liars and cheats, save yourself the headache and money and go to better hotel.

The husband and wife who own this hotel are super friendly and niceI am the truck driver that brought them a load .They Let me sleep in their property .i was also offered drinks and stuff .Thank u guys was great doing business with u.

My room was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. The room is a smoking room, but did not smell like it at all! The staff is friendly, too, and they made checking in and out easy. The lobby offers reasonably priced snacks, drinks, and breakfast biscuits. I m not a coffee drinker, but they offer free coffee with any purchase of $3 or more, or for $0.50 a cup. I felt very safe here, too, as there s always an employee who patrols the premises using a golf cart, and there are lots of cameras. There s a Pilot Travel Center within a short walk that s conveniently open 24/7 for any late night travelers. I recommend this motel to anyone needing a safe, clean, and affordable place to stay, even for families.Rooms: Very clean, comfortable, affordable, and did not stink like stale cigarette smoke.Safety: Lots of cameras and friendly staff. The staff regularly patrols the property on a golf cart.Walkability: There s a 24/7 Pilot Travel Center next door that s a short walk away. The lobby offers snacks and breakfast biscuits for great prices.

Not very honest people and talk about their customers in a different language and how they can get more turnover by raising the price on rooms after you pay online then charge you 80 to 100 a night for a room saying that they never received your online payments they also have a hallway between the walls they stand in to listen in on what's going on in the rooms after you rent from them usually right behind the sinks you will notice the silver plate to the drain pipe that's been cut so they can slide it forward to freely move so they can peek in on their guests don't recommendedRooms: Bathroom very gud
