Took my 2005 sierra for a stereo upgrade to these guys. Wow!!!! 1st class quality. They definitely know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them to any and everybody. I did my research on these guys and honestly you can't put a price on quality. There're quality is second to none. Thanks you guys at custom audio in madisonville ky. Quality and service is a A++

Made an appointment an entire MONTH out to have my radio installed. I missed work and showed up on the day of my appointment like a respectful adult trying to conduct business. I guess the old guy didnt feel like working today so he said there was no appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. Will be finding someone else that doesnt waste a month of my life and actually wants to conduct business.

I ve worked there before when Hal Goodley owned it and we offered great service and products. And with the new owner Chet Dukes I ve heard nothing but good things about him so looked like custom audio is still in good hands. They really have the edge when it came to car audio over the prior car audio businesses from the same area they offer products for all different walks of life. You don t have to be rich to shop there they have products for poor, middle class and high class customers where an older contender only served the rich and the middle class. Just keep it going Chet doing a fine job and if Hal talks good about you then it s definitely true.

The owner knows what he is doing. Every vehicle I have owned I have taken here to get stereos installed and windows tinted. His prices are reasonable and he is a perfectionist. I trust this co.pany for all my stereo needs.

Worst customer service experience that i have ever had. My wife had a stereo system installed in her jeep. After leaving the shop and getting home she opened her door to find that they failed to put tye door straps back on. As a result she dropped her phone and it broke. When i contacted these clowns about tye matter they first begin denying it and blame it on us. After that they chose to say that even if they didnt put the straps back on its not their problem and they arent liable.There are also dents in the fenders now thanks to their carelessness and lack of concern for others property.

I'm very pleased with my tinted windows. I have taken two different vehicles there. The doctor exceptional quality work. They also install backup cameras.

Got a remote start installed and did a good job initially, after a month the door lock buttons quit working or occasionally works and the car starts itself from time to time while key fob is on the kitchen counter. Not sure why.
