I was immediately set up to fill out an application and went straight back to Daniel's office to get started. Excellent customer service. Hands down the best experience with purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend 100 times over. Thanks for your professionalism.

I bought a very nice, gently used Chevy sonic. It is very clean, sounds like a well oiled machine. The people are very personal and nice. They have such a practical way to matching car to person. They made me feel welcome and special. Definitely top dogs in the used car business.

Walked in the office in the morning, and by just a little after noon I dove off the lot with a very nice vehicle, and a comfortable payment plan. Very professional, young, knowledgeable associates one and all. Quick, and easy experience, happy with my decision to go, and will recommend them to others.

We just bought a car from car-mart in Madisonville , KY. From start to finish everyone was helped with everything we needed, it was the easiest and fastest car buying experience we had. We would highly recommend buying from these guys anytime .

way too much money to have a car for two days & find out the tire won t keep air because the rim is bent. tell me why the cars aren t inspected better? & then, when Car Mart is notified & tells you they made an appointment at a local tire center to have the tire fixed, you show up & have to wait an hour & a half because they NEVER made you an appointment like they said.

The people at car mart were wonderful. This was my second time buying a vehicle from Daniel. And once again he came through by putting me in a vehicle that was around my price range and in great condition. They worked with me on a payment plan that was reasonable and affordable and my payments weren't as much as I was expecting them to be. I would highly recommend car mart of madisonville to fulfill all of your driving needs. Sandy and Daniel both really took the time to explain everything to me. And when the time comes again to get a new car, this will always be my first choice.

Daniel made the absolute best impression for professionalism, kindness, and fit me in his schedule on a super busy day. I can t explain how spectacular the 2 hours it took to get paperwork, the car, test drive, and the information to come back was. I must highly recommend anyone that wants a company that will work with you and provide great service with people who care about you and your well-being.Thank you Daniel and Sandra! Girlfriend bought a car here. The car came with a one year bumper to bumper warranty, we did not know this. The radiator went out, I replaced it. Found they had wood screws holding the bumper cover on with bondo over it. They said they would cover the cost if we brought in receipts showing the radiator failed a pressure test. Brought in documentation and they said they couldn't do anything because it is fixed. I highly recommend finding elsewhere to purchase vehicle. They sell junk!

I'll always recommend Madisonville Car-Mart because of another Car-Mart location didn't want to work with me on getting into a vehicle and when I walked into Madisonville Car-Mart they went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle. Madisonville Car-Mart is a great location to get you back on the road again and great customer service.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Rude people on the phone. High down payments even for excellent credit customers they sold me two different cars with over $5000 of work needing to be done on each. The monthly payment isn t too bad but your car that they saw you will definitely not last a three-year loan duration, so I highly do not recommend going there unless you want to spend more money on maintenance.

I knew what I was wanting & Car-Mart had the vehicle I wanted! There were minor hiccups here and there, but Sandy & Mason & Chris had my back & took care of everything & went above & beyond for me !! Easy set up payments & a great bunch of people that work there! If I have an issue they handle it with grace & patience. When I purchased my vehicle the rims were beat, but Sandy & Mason & Chris came through for me and came across some rims I was actually wanting and hooked me up & I'm in love all over again!! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS JUNKY LOT!!! WE HAD OUR CAR 2 WEEKS THEN THE MOTOR BLEW UP IN IT AND ITS TAKEN THEM A MONTH TO PUT OUR NEW MOTOR IN!! NEVER NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM JUNK MART!!!

I know someone that has applied to get a car there. The salesperson has been taking his dear sweet time trying to find the person I know a car. This is unacceptable, and now she gets a letter in the mail stating that y all can t do financing. If I could rate you a 0/5 I would

This place is PATHETIC. They sold my husband a car without even having the title in hand at first which ended up delaying us getting our plates. We ve had nothing but problems out of our car. Had to replace the brake pads and NOW the engine light came on after not even 4 months of having the car. Not reliable and don t waste your time nor money on this place. VERY VERY unprofessional employees as well (besides Andrew).

The truck that I gotten has a lot of stuff wrong with it and it s just a big mess when you are paying a lot for it I think i could take it back and get my money back

I could give o stars I would. The first time I went to car mart and the very last left me to walk not once but twice. My vehicle is my means it is in the shop and on able to be fixed at this time do you want to put me in another vehicle that they had on the lot for a trade-in told him I didn t have the money so they wanted to GOC me out of the truck and put me another for 960 only $40 less than they want for that trade-in don t have. so now I m stuck With no ride no means to make an income and what s sad is one of their managers basically rather go out in the back smoking joke with his friends then just try to find another vehicle of the same price add another lot

The manager worked with us personally. We have been Car-mart customers for 8 yrs. This is the 4th car we ve bought from them. We have made good choices picking our cars and have had very few problems. And if we ve had problems, they have always taken care of us. Mason is the current manager and is AMAZING. I hope he stays for a long time. Danielle is one of the salesman, he is a great honest guy to work with. I highly recommend him as well.

Just wanted say this Car-Mart of Madisonville is the best everything about this place was excellent to me and my family to the GM Manager on down to his staff even the building was nice and clean so with that being said I give this Car- Mart a 10 star rating.

I was skeptical about going to car mart, but I heard good things about madisonville location. Everything went smooth and employees was very polite and helpful. Even though I had a bad experience with Hopkinsville location, I tried to get a car there and it broke down on me on the way home from just getting it at car mart. I took it back same day and told them just to keep it in going some where else. Well they retorted it as a repossession. Even with that on record Madisonville location worked through that line it was never there. Thanks for yall helps I have referred people to yall already. Stay away from Hopkinsville carmart! If you need to go to carmart go to Madisonville better vehicles and better employees and bigger selection. STAY AWAY FROM HOPKINSVILLE CARMART THEY ARE CROOKS

Daniel and Sandra I think was her name did such an AMAZING job getting us in another car. Quick and easy. We had our eye on one car and she literally told us she couldn t fit it in our weekly budge, so we found another and she got in our budget. The people are friendly. Best experience I ve had with carmart. They rock there.
