So far been here 50 mins waiting to get a tire replaced. Have seen 4 or 5 techs just walking around. Only me and a guy getting an oil change at the shop. Must be a union shop. 1 guy works while the others walk around useless. Glad there are trees growing around the facility so that the used oxygen can be replaced by these mouth breathers.

This shop is useless. Friday at noon they are just sitting doing nothing. I asked them for alignment on steer axle and they can't do it. Have to wait until Monday for a 30-45 min job. If they are paid by hour they are making good money doing nothing...

Had a truck with a brake chamber on their lot, they wanted to change 2 instead of 1 without explaining the reason. Neither the mechanic or the service manager couldn't explain why.Got the truck inside, removed 2 brake chambers and called me after stating that they've realized that they don't have the parts in stock. Waited 1 day for the parts to show up, after they replaced only 1 and put 1 of my used ones back. Original price quoted was $130 for the parts, in the end it came to $300 for the parts. Had to pay my driver the hotel, as the truck was sitting in the shop overnight and they couldn't remove it outside. Refused to give any discounts or cover the hotel bill.DO NOT USE THIS PLACEService: Brakes

As most drivers I was dreading my stop into a shop , but tonight I was had an AWESOME experience with my visit. Both Logan and Jacob were as friendly as they were professional !! Plus they got me in and out super fast!! I would not hesitate in returning in the future!!

Had my oil change done there. Only thing I don't like is having to wait away from my truck. Nice people tho and I felt they did a good job.

Had the shop change the radiator and they broke one of the plastic pieces off in the radiator.Personally had to go to the dealership and get a replacement part. Left nuts and bolts off of it and had a small heater hose leaking.very Poor workmanship and management did compensate a little bit but not for complete time and money spent chasing parts and personal labor.

I didn't use the mechanic shop so I can't speak on it but the truck stop is pretty decent in size.

They did a good quick job diagnosing my trucks problems... got to me in under an hour... not their fault freightliner didn't have the parts... thanks anyway guys...

I had part. They said they could do it. Got it into shop and short time later go call."Not exactly like I had done. Can't do it"No other trucks in the entire shop.

They are over charging on labor. I got charged 1.5 hours for a simple hose replacement. Don't come here unless you want to be robbed

Stopped in here to get 2 tires mounted. Had me back on the road in no time! Great staff and very friendly. Thanks guys!
