I was broke down on the highway with a flat on my trailer while hauling a tractor, and only halfway through my 4 hr trip. I was having trouble jacking up the trailer with the standard bottle jack that comes with the truck I was driving. Then one of your drivers stopped to see me, thinking I had called him. Turned out to be another truck down the road. However, he left me a heavy duty bottle jack to help me raise the trailer so I could change the tire, and told me to leave the jack there and he'd pick it up later. And then left. Turned out I needed both jacks in fact, one for the trailer and for the trailer axle, to get the tire on. I am very grateful for him stopping by, he saved my day. I did not catch his name, but he said he served in the Air Force for 12 years, and to not leave a man behind. If I'm ever in the area again and need car service, I will 100% stop by you guys.Service: Tire change

This review is for Billy who went above and beyond to respond to our car emergency at 1am when no one else would. He was very kind, honest and transparent regarding what was wrong with the car and did not overcharge even though we probably would have paid in a desperate situation.
