They got my car back on the road. But I wish the mechanic would return the driver's seat back to its original position after the test drive. The seat back movement is manual and very hard for me to re-adjust.

I have used them on several occasions. They have yet to disappoint me. I can drop my car off whenever and they call when it ready. They never take too long to get the job done and are very kind and reasonable to do business with. They were very timely in respects to me needing my vehicle. They fixed exactly what the problem was and there was no surprises. I would definitely recommend them! Let me update this review: This was a whole other experience. Couldn t get answers about my car. Wanted me to pay money upfront and needed it then while it was pouring down rain, drive from my house 15 miles away. It was worse when I got it back and I took it to a reputable business and they guessed the mechanic shop right the first time. If I m going to pay $85 in labor when the dealership is maybe $125, I am going to the dealership!

Brought in my work truck for a couple busted brake lines. They were able to get me in the next day. Had a few issues with the repair not being done correctly but the owner personally came out and went over my concerns and got them taken care of the next day. The only constructive criticism that I would give it to have better "in progress/updates" phone communication with customers.

Brought my truck in to get brakes fixed. Week later had issues with the same brakes. Took to another shop and found out that 2 bolts wasn't even put on the calipers and the rotors slid right off and had no bolts. Would not recommend them at all. Trash shopService: BrakesService: Brakes

The staff is honest about what is wrong with your car, explaining what all they will be doing to it and why before starting to work on it. They are very sociable, offering to take customers to lunch if they are waiting for their car during that time and I haven't had a more pleasant atmosphere in an automotive shop, ever.

Hello first I would like to say that B&B Automotive is the real deal. They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand it all. They also went out of their to see if my car could be repaired. Wouldn't go any place else. Thanks B&B Automotive

B&B Automotive repaired my Dodge van when it needed a new radiator and tires. He gave me a fair price, great work, and I have not had to worry since. It definitely is peace of mind knowing that he fixed my car. I'm definitely a returning customer.

Had another diagnosis test done there because my car had steering issues. They told me that they didn't know officially but they think it might be a transmission issue but the only way to check is by taking the transmission apart and that I'd have to spend either 2k for a used one or 4k for a new one. After doing some looking around the car, we found out that there was bolt that goes to the steering arm so loose that it nearly fell off. After tightening the bolt it fixed everything. That's poor work and investigation of an issue in my personal opinion.

The owner is very nice, explaining to customers what is wrong with their car so they can understand why certain parts have to be replaced. Will be coming here for all of my auto repair needs!

spent 4540.00 to have a motor replaced with a used motor the vehicle ran for 3 months and now needs another engine replacement .......

Helpful with all questions I asked over the phone as far as pricing parts and labor...found slightly expensive as far as labor costs are concerned.
