I just wanted to say how nice Christopher was,my car broke down and he came and rescued me,came to where I was put a battery in my car so I could get to AutoZone charged my battery at no charge,very grateful o

me and my friend were leaving a restaurant & got a flat tire. we pulled over and were sitting there for no longer than 10 minutes before mae & her husband pulled over and asked if we had a flat tire. they immediately got out and helped us get the spare tire out with no hesitation. miss mae went to get a part from auto zone that we needed while her husband jacked my car up to get the tire off. we thanked them multiple times for being kind enough to stop and help us out! we are so thankful they stopped. again, big thank you to mae & her husband !!

The man behind the counter helped me with my bicycles kickstand the whole way through. I left for an hour and came back, helped me once more to putting the new one on and even lended me a tool to help with my issues, maybe AutoZone isn't JUST for cars/trucks after all? Pleased to have them.

So I came in to buy a battery for my car and a younger woman named Rebecca was just awfully rude to me she would barely help me without remarks that were rude and hurtful. Instead of helping me she played on her phone AS SHE STARED RIGHT AT ME. And when I was looking around she flipped me off when she thought I wasn't looking around thank God I still had some battery to go to a place that will treat me with respect.

I was having trouble replacing the lightbulbs over my license plate. I called AutoZone and Jeff answered the phone and told me bring my truck on down and we'd see what we could do. He was very polite.When I arrived another employee, Chris, helped me replace my bulbs. It was extremely cold and windy that day, and it wasn't an easy job. But he got it done. I am very appreciative of the service I received from both employees.

On a trip to Illinois, my battery died and I had the pleasure of going to this AutoZone in Madisonville, KY. Haven't had customer service like this in awhile. Chris and Jeff along with the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make sure I made it to my destination safely. We made it, had fun, and returned to TN safely! Thanks again. I am grateful my GPS detoured me to your spot.

So thankful for the help of this store's staff!! Needed a part for an out of town mechanic/repair. They spent a great deal of time helping me with this order to ensure it was correct and correct pickup location. Super friendly and amazingly helpful!

GLADIS COBB AT 606 (MAE) DOES A FANTASTIC JOB WHEN SHE COMES IN OUR STORE.. SHE ALWAYS CHECKS THE BASKET FOR RETURNS.. (90% OF THE TIME SHES THE ONLY ONE) WE ARE VERY VERY THANKFUL FOR HER..SO FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store has all your auto needs. Everything is organized so it's super easy to find items. The staff are very friendly and are extremely helpful in looking up exactly what your vehicle needs and if they don't have it in stock, they will order it for you. They aren't allowed to touch your vehicle but they will stand there and walk you through it if time permits. I love this store.

Chris was so polite and helpful. Pointed out a couple of problems I didn't know I had, which were quickly and inexpensively solved. I experienced knowledgeable and personalized service and I am moving all my auto parts business to AutoZoone in Madisonville.

Today I go in to the Madisonville ky Auto Zone and had customer service that I haven t seen in years. I had them to check with their code thingy and they sold me the part to fix it. Not only that the guy Chris was going home and wanted to put the part on for me. Dylan came out to check it again and it was great now!!!! These guys went way over service to take care of me and they will be my store from now on! Thanks guys

Always friendly and always knowledgeable to me. I love the windshield wiper blade program where an employee will install for you free of charge. Also love the loan a tool program.

Bad place they don't take anything back, i,had gotten a flashlight an it broke about 10,minutes in to using it an told me to get another one well I did but didon't want to an then I got home well would u believeif same kinda flashlight about same amount of time it just stops about 10 or 1 minutes in to using it I ain't even took it back this time they gonna thank I done sown thing to it an my son can say for that one he was with me when it just stopped working

Good enough to get what you need but they really think their stuff is made out of gold
