Sold me a lemon!! The so called warranty they sell doesn t cover damage to the vehicle that was there before they sold it to you. Mike was to proud of screwing me over and pocketing the money he made off me to do anything. The jeep has been in the shop for over a month and I bought it at the end of January, the engine didn t have one gaskets put back in it after someone had it apart, they used glue to make a gasket, heads were blown on it and the water pump locked up. I m out $4500 in just repairs to this pos. Do not buy a car from these crooks!! Mike will screw you over so quick and not take back the lemon he sells you. Put 7k down on a vehicle and gave 19k for it all together and instantly had to put 2k into tires because they were baled and the exhaust was cut at the muffler and leaking into the vehicle, transmission was leaking fluid bad and the gaskets were all leaking oil. Wasn t even worth the down payment I gave! I will never buy another vehicle from this company. Also made a review on Facebook and they blocked me so beware of this before he sticks you and your family in a car that isn t safe!

We went to Allen s Auto Sales in Madisonville for the very first time this month. It was a very pleasant experience. Alex was wonderful, upfront and honest. After several test drives we decided on the 2013 Dodge Dart. Great price and quick finance approval. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will meet or exceed your expectations!! We will be back for our next vehicle. 100% Satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. sold me a LEMON and they are refusing to help me out or provide any solutions! I had the car for less than a month and it already had more problems than I can count.

Don't do business with people at Madisonville. Never answer phone Never follow up. Look at their reviews. 3.5. stars. If your in business sell you have take all inquiries as sell. This is their downfall.

I highly recommend this dealership. I was completely surprised how making a car purchase was made so simple. I have purchased 2 quality vehicles from here. The second one Was during the beginning of the pandemic. My daughter needed a quick replacement for her totaled 2010 Highlander. If you remember most car lots were closed .I spoke over the phone with the The Owner and he drove the Yukon we were interested in to my house so I could test drive it. It was exactly as described, very clean, and reasonably priced. Closed the deal in the safety of my own driveway! Hows that for service...........

If I could go lower than one star I would!! My son bought the car less than 5 months ago and it has been in the shop more than he has driven it. After hearing about this situation and paying for this last mechanical issue I felt compelled to post. My son had to take it to the mechanic 4 times in 5 months for the transmission, alternator, spark plugs and starter. Paying out of pocket in excess of 1000.00 for mechanical issues. He has a extended warranty that he paid for, that states zero deductible for labor and approved parts but surprise, surprise they state that after 2500 in repairs they don t pay anymore. So he paid almost 600.00 for a 2500 payoff?! What?! Nowhere on the contract does it state a monetary cutoff, only months/mileage. It figures the extended warranty place is crooked, coming from a crooked car lot and a crooked mechanic charging labor when it was zero deductible for labor. I feel bad because this was my sons first car purchase from a dealership. And I ve told him that I ve never heard of anyone going through something like this. I wouldn t recommend this place to no one. Although Kentucky has no used car lemon law, BBB is going to be notified and the Consumer Protection Act, who is out there for any future people or past who deal with this from a crooked auto dealership.

The vehicle I purchased runs fine but the turn signals won't we were told it was just a fuse but we changed all the fuses and relays and it still doesn't work which means it will not pass the out of state inspection and the guy Mike I dealt with was extremely rude told me that they gave me an extra couple of weeks on the tags so it should give us some time. And told me to go have it looked at and to let them know what they said well I had it looked at and called back and got no answer. I will never again do business with these people again

I bought my Durango roughly about 7 months ago it has been great. I had a hard time choosing so many great options. They are affordable and dependable cars. Mike and Hannah both were there and made sure everything was done fast. So I could get back to work. Nice honest ppl LOVE THEM THERE next vehicle will also be bought from Allen s Auto

The ladies where very helpful. The van I test drove about 10 miles had the check engine light come on and the temp gauge "started" climbing. When I returned to the dealership the ladies where gone and when I told I'm assuming the owner he was not helpful at all. Matter of fact he wouldn't even talk to me. Cash in hand and walked out. Your loss... SO GLAD I DIDN'T BUY FROM YOU DUDE!!!

Do not buy a car from this dealership save your money and go else where. They rip you off and their warranty doesn t want to cover you because the car has had to have so many repairs within 2 months of buying the car that you ve maxed out the warranty! Not to mention this company has deleted mine and others review on their Facebook page because they were exposing them and blocked us from doing further reviews on their page they have literally deleted every bad review off of fb and kept all the good ones. THIS COMPANY SALES JUNK CARS!!!!

Our 20 year old son bought a low mileage Hyundai Tiburon here yesterday. Mike Allen was professional and very personable. He agreed to meet with us later than his posted hours one day when we had a scheduling conflict. Before purchasing we had the car checked out by Brown's Westside Auto Repair. The only surprise was just how good of a condition the car appeared to be in. Mike went the extra mile in dealing with us and even followed up by text today expressing wishes that the car will serve our son well for a long time. Thanks, Mike!

Nice vehicles with good prices. The lady there Hannah found me a car with what I wanted. I had my own financing with some stipulations, told her what they were and she gladly found a car that fit.

The service I recieved at Allen s Auto was top notch! I work with customers on a daily basis, because of that I have a high expectation on how customers should be treated . There you feel like family , they listen to what you need and help you find exactly what you are after . And so friendly ! I will definitely be back !

Car broke down same day it was bought. They have been stringing us a long for a month. Said might change me cars, or pay half of repair. After almost a month, they finally told us can't do anything because a cars that doesn't run is no good to them.

Well my new car has many concerns plus it took 3 months to get my title and my plates. The dad was always gone out of the country. The sweet daughter tries her best

Very disappointed. Bought my car in Madisonville, within a week hatchback of my vehicle would not open, they repaired that. Took 2 months to get license plate, even though the salesman was suppose to meet me, but forgot. Then took my vehicle to have it repaired again before even making my 2nd vehicle payment. But the "warranty" didnt cover the repairs, so I was out $973.61. Back window wont roll down, and radio works every other day. Text messages never returned from salesman. I even put more money down than required. Sad that hardworking people get taken advantage of, if one more thing goes wrong they can have it. Over the BS

Very trustworthy honest just a good person in general the owner just got my SUV there couple days ago of course used very satisfied runs really nice like a brand new one he gave us such a amazing deal since we wanted to buy it in full I have to say I would fully recommend this auto sales to anyone in need of a car who's looking for a new vehicle and worred about getting a bad deal with this company u have no worries such great people so happy I went a bought my new SUV from here wouldn't have been a better place thank u so much Allen auto sales and God bless
